Well, the feds in Rachel would have to be sleepers or long time
resident spies. If 4 guys with Raybans show up in one week, I think
tongues would be wagging in Rachel.

Everybody knows everybody there, and strangers stick out big time.
The only problem with this line of reasoning is that you never know
who is a fed and who isn't. There could be agents and/or informers
living there who appear to be going about everyday life.
