At the time I viewed the video, you could read the sensor frequency on
the counter.
I had a RF detector with me on my last trip to the Groom area and got
plenty of hits on the trails, but never found a road sensor. There are
time delays (also shown in the video) which means you get the RF hit
some time after passing the sensor. Besides the off-road trails, I
suspect there is some sort of sensors near the ET highway,
specifically near Coyote Summit and near the mailbox.
That's the same technology in use in Cave Junction, Oregon out at the Kazoo
Kompound. Stealth Trucks have been deployed so as to allow the CIA to move
about unabaited by the Kazoo motion detectors.
