Yes, Tesla claimed to be in communication with "Alien" intelligences.
Although I am unaware of a direct quote, it is mentioned in passing in his
Biography.  But i think it is a misunderstanding.
A collegue of mine presented a paper in belgium (philosophy and large number
theory) on complex  math and alien intelligence. The gist (i think, i'm no
advanced mathmatcian) was that "thinking" in complex math was "Alien" to
human experience;  hence Alien thought.  Tesla, in the early 20th Century,
was perhaps using the word in its early 20c meaning, ie, outside human
experience.
Dr John Lily (father of Nueroscience) also talked of being in communication
of beings outside, who coined the term Coincedence Control Office.  He also
did a lot of Ketamine.
I do not discount the "K-Pax" style of ET, although i doubt it, and would
even be skeptical if it was happening to me (Doctor, i'm hearing voices in
my head!!).    But i do discount, out of hand, the spaceship traveling
alien.... tres 1950's,  non?

Heres my theory.

Nikola Tesla, the master of resonance,  invented, on paper, the

It seems, from the reports of pilots in WW2.  That the first EM A.Grav
vehicle first flew sometime between 1939- 41.

the Black Market.  And by gaining control of Black Money, he was able to
create a Black Government.  One that never got voted in nor got voted

Hoover Economics demanded an enemy, and as long as people were more
terrified of that enemy, they didn't notice how their own Government

Hoover's think tanks put 2 and 2 together and came up with the alien
invasion plan.  A ready built enemy.  Using his Hollywood arm, and in

After Hoover died, the Hooverites (Bush snr being the main inheritor)

5. We can't communicate with the alien intelligences on this planet, how

we think of communicating with something from another planet

7. The amount of energy to move matter from one position of space-time

to

another at these extreme distances is stupendous.  Doing it would

definitely

leave wakes of energy in lots of spectrums.  Hell, a baseball travelling

at

near light speed would leave a sun destroying wake.  Think we would of

seen

this by now it they were out there somewhere.

8. The length of time that a being with the ability to build devices of

any

complexity can exist in the universe is held short by the destructive

nature

of this chaotic universe.  Form does not hold.  What are the odds of two
alien species existing at around the same time, and within distance to
contact?  The universe is a very, very dangerous place, and we delude
ourselves in our temporary island of safety.

9. The Universe ages differently.  The universe is older the closer to

sun you get.  Age of the universe is important if you ascribe to

Rule of Path of Least Resistance.  Paths of events that exist on earth

allow for the many complex chemical which make us up, do not exist out

past

our planet (which is why we get sick in space I think, it is stressful
