Bob Lazar mentioned the movie in an interview with Art Bell. [Not the
latest interview should anyone try to dig it up from the Coast to
coast archive.] So the story went, the character playing Lazar was
jumping from car to car on the Las Vegas strip while the Mirage
volcano was blasting away. I recall Lazar saying something like
"that's a great story, but not mine."
I'm a bit surprised nobody did a core dump on the most recent Lazar
interview. I recorded it and will post a summary in a day or two. One
thing pretty interesting was his claim that an alien "reactor" blew up
on the NTS, killing two or three people at the test site.

I heard that someone was going to make a movie about Bob Lazar's Life. Is
the true? Does anyone have any info on the subject?
Some 3 or 4 years ago New Line Cinema was in the talking stages with Lazar.
(This according to Gene Huff.) But nothing ever came of it. I'd heard that
they wanted a more fictionalized story, with more action, love interest,
etc., etc., but Bob was only interested in a factual (his facts) story.
I did notice that a "documentary" video is shown at the UFO museum in
Roswell but only saw the closing credits, which were good for a few
chuckles. Gene Huff was listed as a producer, with other credits going to
his wife, by her maiden name, and their son. It also said portions were
filmed at "Studio 1029"; 1029 is the house number of Bob's former home in
Las Vegas. Surprisingly, the museum did not have copies for sale. :)
