if you REALLY think there is a group called "The Octopus"  look at a comic book. If you want to learn about the interlocking intelligence agencies, agencies, corporate dirty doers and bad polititians, that are euphamistically called the Octopus,  start by looking at information about Danny Casolaro (sp?) and why he was assassinated for looking into that 'group'
