Of course you didn't.  If you had, you'd know how the MSFN was organized.
You'd know the name, purpose, and longevity of TETR-A.  You'd know how
orbital mechanics would have prevented TETR-A or any such satellite from
being used as a plausible communications relay.

You're simply repeating the arguments of Bart Sibrel, who knows even less
about space communications than you do (if that's possible).  None of your
arguments are original.
