If Martha Stewart had listened to me, she would have gotten on the witness
stand and filibustered the K-Mart Senate until a not guilty verdict appeared
on their faces. But as it now stands, the case goes to appeal court to see
if the judge handling the case put any coercion on the jury to come to a
John Achcroft conclusion. If she fails at that attempt, she hires a mob
attorney and has the judiciary robbed at their bank accounts.
