Hey Guy,

       Seems like I always find some part of your site I missed
before. This time I was reading an old post on BaseCamp
and scrolled to the bottom with the pic of the "fire truck."

Now, HHOK, but *that's* their fire truck? Looks like an old
Dodge Power Wagon to me. The Lite Bar on top is an
obvious bolt-on that was probably made after the second
100K miles on the truck. The antenna smacks of either
Ham/Engineer homebuilt or Desert Rat Scrounge. For
instance, notice the more modern pick-em-ups behind
the Fire Truck. And what is that patch on the passenger-
side door ? Body Filler or just plain rust?

This seems like a spoof on the Snoops like you. No
offense. Perhaps to give a little screening. Maybe as
a sarcastic "mandatory" fire equipment to meet some
beaureacratic regs. Thoughts?
