There are regular flights to EDW (Edwards),  though if you watch the
planes land, they go to the North Base.  There are also Janet flights
to Palmdale. Not quite as regular, the planes go to Oxnard and points
near Pt. Mugu.

There is a Coast Guard station in Petaluma that used to be an NSA
listening post, but really, I can't find anything of interest in Napa
for the USAF to visit. Possibly there are vendors in the area that the
USAF flies into Groom Lake.
