They don't line up, but the camera was just panned, which is not the
same as moving all around. There is going to be a little movement if a
tripod isn't used. Given the total crap I've seen on the walls of the
Little Aleinn, this photographer did a good job.  If I really thought
there was something to the photos, I would get in photoshop and overlay
them.

The Vberg guy thinks it is an airplane contrail. I'm guessing a flight
to Asia since the contrail lasted so long,  The "radio" horizon of a
plane at 50kft is about 300 miles. If the plane is flying at 700 mph,
that would mean it would be off the "radar" in about 25 minutes, but
only if the plane was vectoring directly away from the observer. If the
plane moved laterally a bit, it would stay visible longer. I think 45
minutes is a bit at the edge of the envelop, but not impossible.
