My fifth edict concerns the relationship between man and wife. If a man
marries a child of god and she is without vagina or seed, then the husband
may take another wife as long as she is accepted as a member of the family
by all parties involved. If a man marries a child of god and she is without
seed, he may not take a mistress or another wife, but the couple can adopt
as many children as they please.
