Is it superior native intelligence which lets him see connections that
others can not?  Is it courage to be willing to stand up to the threats
and intimidation of the conspirators?  Is it a deep understanding of
human nature?  Is it great love and concern for mankind?  Is it the
knowledge that if he doesn't do it no one else will?
