State of North Carolina indicted in Omega-Omicron Courthouse on conspiracy
charges in the death of Derek Shannon Haithcock, age 31. Co-conspirator news
organizations indicted as well. 1.5 million indictments expected to be
issued in the United States stemming from these charges. Courthouse is
seeking the death penalty on these charges.
