You would think there would be some residue from the explosives that
would be caught by forensics. Some beams would be heated by the jet
fuel, and some would be deformed by explosives. Seems to me the use of
explosives would be detectable.
It's just really hard to pull off the perfect crime. Even harder is a
conspiracy where everyone keeps their mouth shut. OK, the Washington
Post kept their collective mouth shut regarding Deep Throat, but that
is a bit different than killing thousands of citizens.
Now i do believe it would be easy for Bush/Cheney to respond slowly to
the crisis. If they have the final order, then acting slowly is
certainly within their control. In fact, I'm 100% sure Bush let the
situation get out of hand. He refused to testify under oath and what
evidence we do have shows a very lax time table.
