The object being lifted looks more like a storage hut or equipment
enclosure than anything else - indeed I'd put money on
that being exactly what it is. I dont know of too many top sekrit
stealth aircraft that were assembled by construction teams at
the end of a runway (looks more like a taxiway actually).

that " object " and the facility  you see it in , is a common RCS test
facility , nothing to do with runways or planes landing there.
