Are you *seriously* suggesting that Herr Bush is in favour of genuine
free trade, that is a free trade that is not skewed in favour of the
richer nations?

As a citizen of another constitutional republic, I am saddened to see
your constitution being watered-down and undermined.  It was a fine
document espousing an equally fine set of ideals.
