I took the photo myself in April 2005. It is from the TTR. That doesn't
mean someone else didn't photograph it. Unfortunately, the only
relevant link I can find to "hypersonic recon fallon demonstrator" is
your post.
Note that the plane doesn "have" to be exotic. I just can't put my
finger on it. Note that it could be foreign, since the TTR has Soviet
assests.

Any idea on the ID of this aircraft?

As well as a better photo, you might also like to supply some
background information. Such as where was the photo taken? Was it one
of our bases? Or a forigen one? When was it taken?
It's a TTR photo from 2004 IIRC. I've seen it before with an even
highlighted enhanced center section. The person who claims it is an
F-117 with gray daylight scheme obscuring the nose is probably wrong as
that "illusion" is behind the aircraft. It does seem to have a blunt
nose, boxy intakes, and either a stub tail or two small canted ones. On
other forums it has been claimed as the HYRAD (HYpersonic Recon
Aircraft Demonstrator). Also, codenamed FALLON.
