They don't move the cameras often. I suspect that is a bit power
hungry. The only camera I saw move was the one at Bald Mountain, and
only once.

The fence looks like your generic four strand barb wire fence.  There's a
camera about a hundred yards west of the Castle Rocks gate just inside the
fence.  It wasn't pointing down the road and I never saw it move.  (All this
was 3 or 4 years ago.)
