Here is some info on the weather station at Yucca Lake.

I moved the waypoint a bit from the location stated for KUCC to a point
where I could see a shadow of a tower.
If you read the airnav data for Yucca
http://www.airnav.com/airport/NV11
it indicates that you should get the weather from DRA. So why not from
the weather station near Yucca?
On the KUCC page, it lists KBJN as the weather station for Range 74.
This weather station can be heard on 118.2750, though it is not always
broadcasting. Thera are facilities to the north and south of where the
website indicates KBJN is located.

There is an image on google earth, but not the terraserver.

If you're looking for it on satellite images, it may be hard to see. These
low frequency beacons are extremely simple, often housed in a 1x2x3 foot
metal box mounted on a 3 or 4 foot pipe. The antenna is usually just wire,
straight up from the transmitter to the horizontal portion, which is strung
between two suitable supports like telephone poles. The vertical portion
does most of the radiating while the horizontal part is mainly for loading
to make it a 1/4 wave length electrically. You're right looking for signs
of ground radials; I don't think the ground conductivity out there is very
good. Here in the swamps of Houston a pipe driven 3 or 4 feet into the
ground usually does the trick.
Granted, I'm going by what I've seen at civilian NDB's. The military may get
fancier and a lot more expensive.

Well we know there is a PYD beacon because you can hear it. ;-)
