Waiting around my dentist's office, I read what is probably the current
issue of Popular Science. There was an article inside that indicated
that those foil hats don't shield all that well. There was a claim that
the foil hat actually increased the signal level in the cell phone
frequency range (800 to 900 Mhz I presume).
