Oh, I have more info. I wasn't going to even post anything about the
radio system but stuff has been showing up on radioreference, so I
figured I'd let out a bit of what I've discovered, lest I get accused
of ripping off other websites. Personally, I would have just kept all
this info secret since there are ways of exploiting the information.

Still nobody has posted completely correct information on the Groom
system or that of the NNSA.  I've been working on these systems for
about two years, and still don't think I've got it all understood.
