I don't think you are seeing black body radiation. Figure on 10um for
the wavelength. That would put the frequency at 30e12. Even 100um would
only get you down to 3e12, or 3000GHz.

I think I  was a bit sceptical , when I first read that  human
microwaves stuff ......  now I've read a lot of the texts on the stuff
and still don't think I understand it fully .  guess these ole brain
cells are slowing down a bit  these days <g> .  ( chemical abuse ?? ha
ah a  )   

still , I  can easily see what they are talking about ..... we even
have  contests  ( winner gets the first  long  swig   )  to see whom
is  giving off the highest reading when we play with the   RT
(  radio telescope ) .      the first thing that quite literally jumps
into people's minds is that it's  " heat "  thats  being  measured
......
how hot each person's skin is !!   but ...... thats not it as we have
put  black garbage bags and  one of those IR heat absorbing lens
( out of a overhead projector ) 
in front of the horn and the readings don't change . the same with or
without  heat absorbing / blocking materials !!   trippy .....  kinda
like magic  if you ( like us ) don't buy into the microwave thing.  
dunno ........  maybe it's something old , but newly discovered
( line the strong /  weak magnetic forces etc . ) or ?? 

either way ......... gives one reason to pause , doesn't it ?   wonder
how far the government has taken this idea / technology .......
no tell 'in  what they could get up to ...... taking this stuff in
other ( military ) directions ... eh ?    WoW  ......... ( yikes )
