manufacturing for something in the underground ?  ........
what's that interesting tower all about ...... notice how the inside
kinda looks like a large diameter pipe as well ! ...........

herze a funny  thought about the   " wells " ........

after watching one of the  halloween horror movies .....  a couple of
guys said that maybe there  actually is a tunnel under the road and
that the base " had an accident " in the tunnel and  drilled the holes
and filled  part or all of the tunnel with cement  ( hence explaining
all the cement trucks that showed  , out there )  .......  thus "
fixing "  the accident site  and making it safe . like they do with
many types of nuclear  aftermath or test sites !   hahah ahaahah
pretty  far fetched , but a good fit with halloween doncha think !
