why don't government flights register on the Acars  tracking  systems
?   I can sit and watch them take off and land by the  dozens but 
in over 12, 800  records in Acars , not one single  RCH  company code
and no USAF or government of any kind under  " airline "  !

what am I doing wrong , or maybe I should be looking for some other
company code or ??   


maybe the government doesn't have to use Acars ?   ........
