The timing is wrong for the mag 4 quake. It was after 3AM. Well, wrong
timing for a bombing exercise. It could  be something else.

look at all the sudden activity over at that restricted area on 395
too ......  don't see much stuff happening over there usually .....
they had a 3 am " event " as well... and one at nearly midnight
also ........ wonder what they were doing out there at those times of
the night ?   it'd be fun to be a fly on the wall sometimes eh ? 
they didn't want anyone dropping in on them those nights 
( or satellites seeing anything either I'd guess ) .....
