  Here is some information about an object called Tetros.

  Good morning, Captain LaQuido here. As some of you will recall, I am
Commander-in-Chief of the craft that we have identified as Tetros.
  One of my functions is to manage a great computer control center.
  And when I say this, please understand I do so tongue-in-cheek for our
computer systems are energy grid systems that connect galactically with
any and all systems that contain DNA/RNA encodements. The Emerald
Tablets of Thoth contain these encodements, as do the great City of Light
in Peru, the great mother ship at West Virginia that we have spoken of
before, the cell structures of Oklahoma, and the Arc of the Covenant in
Egypt.
  Beneath the plateau that you refer to as Machu Picchu in Peru, there is a
great crystalline energy matrix that is now beginning to reverberate. And
this is causing shiftings of the landscape. So in the framework of
your question this morning concerning these artifacts these stone
encodements they originated millions of years ago from within the realms
that we are coordinated with. We cannot stress the fact that the destiny
of this planet, Earth, is for the purposes of communication and so it was
for-ordained that Planet Earth would, for a period of time, be a storage
place for inter-galactic communication archives. When the peoples of Planet
Earth and this includes the great and the mighty ones fell into a pattern
of a dark sleep mode of forgetfulness, we secured these artifacts, hiding
them within locations of matrix grid points, the reason being to keep them
sufficiently energized or activated. Now think in terms of your own
computers. You can leave them on, yet programmed to boot up very quickly
from reduced modes (energy savers, screen savers, etc.).
  Now, in terms of these particular Ica Stones, you can think of them very
much like your computer CD-ROMs. You can take them and remove them from the
computer and put them in storage, during which time they are silent.
  Then you can boot up your computer system and take them and insert them
into your CD-ROM and obtain useful information.
  Dr. Cabrera�s main function at this time is to gather and collect these
and place them in safekeeping. And then they shall be reactivated very
quickly in the not-too-distant future of time. The way they were discovered
was through a flood that eroded certain hillsides and mountainsides,
exposing a cave. And this is the way many such artifacts that belong in the
communication grid matrix system will be found. And the reactivation
modality is located in the Biminis. This is the reason so much activity is
going on in this location at this time. So, what is my purpose in all of
this?
  As has been stated before, Tetros is four times the size of Planet Earth.
It was the object confirmed through Courtney Brown's remote viewing
specialists that was hidden behind the comet Hale-Bopp. It is a dead
planet and a hollow planet. And its light is generated from within, from
chemical compounds and alloys from sources that would be considered
unearthly or 5th dimensional. The concept of this light formulation is
similar to that utilized by Planet Earth's inner worlds and inner cities.
And it is also a similar concept to the energy that you as an individual
utilize when you activate your grid systems that you know as the Chakras,
and you begin emitting a light that can be photographed and seen by
those who have the skill of 4th dimensional vision. It�s just that we
have taken this energy technology to a much higher level of activation.
  Within Tetros there are four quadrants, similar energetically and
structurally to dividing earth into four topographical quadrants, so
that when humans or any other life forms depart from the Earth realm,
they can go quickly through an astral plane information clearing and
then almost immediately be translocated in full consciousness to the
appropriate placement within the realm of Tetros. Tetros is a place of
great love, mercy and compassion. We also have within certain areas
great learning centers and information centers where many of the more
advanced scientific medical, educational, sociological and p-litical
persons come during their sleep time or meditation times and access
information which will be lowered onto the earth planes at the
appropriate time.
  We also have a port of entrance for great spacecraft.
  They come and go from this port of entry freely for fact-finding
informational updates, very much the way you function on your websites,
where you tell your viewers to oftentimes do a reload for the latest
information. You send out bulletins to your reader lists letting them
know when you have a new posting. So the spacecraft come and go from
the port of entry of Tetros to obtain information and to share
information. Also, the beings who command these ships will sometimes
need to rest and they can do this on Tetros.
  The energies of Tetros are not nearly as intense as those of Mother
Sun, even though we are beings of great light and much benevolence and
great compassion.
  Those who come from Planet Earth for translocation purposes will not
be able to withstand intense energies like those from Mother Sun.
  If they could absorb such energy, they would not have a need to be
translocated. Some of the beings that will be translocated were born
into situations where there was a lack of love, and so they could not
evolve in the pattern of their s-uls.  And so they are being removed
from an abusive home and translocated into a place on Tetros that would be
like a foster home, wherein they would begin to know love and they would
learn the ways of trust and they can bask in the energies of this
love.  And when they have gained sufficient strength, they will
r-incarnate in the future time of planet Earth into families that know
the meaning of love. And so these so-ls will then reclaim the right of
their heritage.
  In conclusion, I would add that there are many, many more communication
artifacts yet to be found. They will be placed in the hands of private,
non-government individuals, and these private individuals will be
those that cannot be swayed by the offerings of money. The go-ernment
will not be able to buy them out. In the past, certain technologies,
such as automobile engines that could get 60 mpg and more, were
manufactured in the early 1960s and the o-l companies offered much
money. And so the technology was sold and then sat on. A cure for
c-ncer was discovered in the 1940s and has been available worldwide
ever since, but sat on out of fear that too many businesses would go
ba-krupt. And so, if we have sufficiently answered your questions, I
will take my leave.
  Wayne: You have spoken before of existing c-res for ca-cer that have
been suppressed by the gov-rnmental-medical establishment. Can you tell
us what these are?
  There are several things upon the planet at this time that can assist
in the he-ling of can-er. The May Apple, which is a low-growing
ground-covering type of plant available in Arkansas, among other places.
Another is Essiac tea in its original form, where you brew it yourself.
When you brew the Essiac tea, you will have a residue that you can then
place in a small container and freeze it. It is a near-instantaneous
cu-e for poison oak, ivy, and sumac. You may take this poultice and place
it upon the skin, take gauze and dampen it in Essiac tea itself, and then
wrap it around the poultice and then cover the entire area with your Ace
Bandage. The poison oak or ivy will be completely gone in the most
severe cases with approximately 48 hours. And this includes the
severe occasions when the poison oak or ivy has attacked the internal
organs as well as on the surface of the skin. (One company that you can

  Another is Comfrey tea, the Comfrey plant was originally brought here
from Venus by light-beings, who, when they arrived, found Planet Earth
to have an odor similar to a cesspool it was very offensive and very
difficult for them to deal with so they went back home to Venus and got
several well-established Comfrey plants and surrounded their homes with
these plants. These plants can clean all manners of chemical pollutants
from the atmosphere and, if taken in small amounts, like one cup of
tea not more than 3 times a week, can remove all manners of impurities
from you physical bodies. A poultice of the leaves can be made and used
on wounds, boils, and carbuncles. In addition to these types of teas,
there are many types of technologies that are available that can be
utilized effectively when the personality enters union with its so-l.
When it comes from that place of authority, I am referring to the type
of authority that the people commented on in reference to Je--s, who
