  Here is some information that I hope will not happen but I do
recommend that people watch.  Remember prior to any large earthquake
the rats, cats and dogs will attempt to leave the area, if the can
get loose.  So follow that cat.

  "My cousin works for the US-S. We are very close and talk at least 3
times a week. The conversation we had last night was strange because I
could tell there was significant anxiety in his speech. He did not get
into the specifics but shared with me that there is genuine concern
amongst his peers that we are on the cusp of a cataclysmic earthquake.
He indicated that recent activity in the mid Atlantic ridge is creating
tremendous pressure on the Pacific - North American plate boundary.
Here is a low down of what the U-GS is quietly expecting in the next
30 days:

  May 3 - 10 New Madrid will have a moderate earthquake magnitude 5
to 7

  May 10 - 20 Yellowstone will let go with a large earthquake magnitude
6 to 8

  May 20 - June 1 West coast of United States is hit by a great
earthquake magnitude 8.5 to 10. This will be the BIG ONE that changes
life as we know it.

  The US-S wants to get the word out but have been muzzled by
go-ernment officials. They do not want panic or chaos created. They
also cite earthquake prediction as an inexact science. Fact is that
there are some predictive factors that can be quantified. The
tectonic plates are intertwined and when pressure is let go in one
area it builds in another. My cousin cited the I-IS map as a good
visual display of where the pressure has been released and where it
is being stored.

  Now lets take a look at recent concerns of Yellowstone.
  Preliminary Assessment of Volcanic and Hydrothermal Hazards in
Yellowstone National Park Possible future violent events in the active
hydrothermal, magmatic, and tectonic system of Yellowstone National
Park pose potential hazards to park visitors and infrastructure. Most
of the national park and vicinity are sparsely populated, but
significant numbers of people as well as park resources could
nevertheless be at risk from these hazards. Depending on the nature and
magnitude of a particular hazardous event and the particular time and
season when it might occur, 70,000 to more than 100,000 persons could
be affected; the most violent events could affect a broader region or
even continent-wide areas.

  Earthquake Swarm Strikes Yellowstone
  YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, Wyoming - There were 16 small earthquakes
with magnitudes up to 2.7 shook the park's Pitchstone Plateau last
week. The quakes were detected by seismographs at the University of
Utah and partners.
  I have put in a call to University of Utah geophysicist Robert B.
Smith who is one of the leading authorities of Yellowstone Super
Volcano. He is in a lecture tour until May 15. I hope to have him on
our Thursday May 17 show.

Subject: The Silent Language Of Kogis.                  May 10, 2007.

  Today I was thinking about a good place for the people of LA to go
in case of a very large earthquake.  It is my humble suggestion that
they go to Mojave Desert near Lancaster, Calif.  It is fairly high
in altitude and they could use a device that is mentioned in the
book called "Mount Shasta"  by Oliver.  It is a book transmitted to
a young man called Oliver from a person inside of Mt. Shasta called
Phylos.  It tells the story of the people who lived on Atlantis
having a device that ran off the energy in the atmosphere and this
device would run anything they needed.  It also use the same
principle that causes your car air conditioner to produce water that
drips out of the bottom of the car when you have your air
conditioner on.  This is caused by the fact that energy from the
motor is used to compress the gas in the air conditioner and this
pressure is released and it cools everything in the area.  This
coldness freezes the outside air and this ice is melted into water
which falls to the ground.  Using this principle one can make enough
water to irrigate crops and have water for all purposes.

  Now that's a word you don't see very often (Kogis).  I never have
seen it before this time.  This information explains what the term
means.

  At the present time there is great activity in this inner world. It
is serving at the present time as a tremendous clearinghouse, somewhat
like a great room with a huge shredder, where everything is being
sifted and sorted what is usable and what needs to be discarded. One
of the things happening and keep in mind that everything has a body
double (and don't get too liberal with this; I'm painting a picture)
in order to bring down and do away with the most dangerous energies
of the dualities, the body double is taken within the core of the
Earth; it is carefully examined to determine if any part of this is
worth salvaging; if so, it is extracted; if not, it is, as it were,
thrown into the shredder and energetically consumed by the fires
of the great blue-wh-te cross.
  The bodies double of all of the socio-poli-ical, economic,
educational, and medical factions are being scrutinized and what is
no longer serving the greater good of all that body double is being
destroyed energetically. And without that body double, the
third-dimensional realities will not be able to sustain themselves.
  Those of us who are orchestrating these activities wish to
preserve the monetary system, but not quite as it now exists. Yet at
the same time, it is very convenient and efficient. The educational
system needs to be totally reworked. But the home schooling aspects
should be maintained. And home-based learning centers that are
multi-aged interactive should also be preserved. There should be
preserved some form of poli-ical body, but not as you now know it.
So, each of the inner cities has a particular function. And the one
in the Bay of Biscay deals with alchemy and many forms of m-gic and
deals also with our energies of the constellations.
  In the previous questions about Oklahoma and Texas, those two sites
dealt primarily with science and technology.
  There is another great site linked to an inner city and this would
be Machu Picchu. And this one deals primarily with time and space in
relationship to the ritual of the clocks, seasons and ceremonies. It
also has powerful connections to world planetary abundance factors and
issues of the technologies of sustainability. When all of these sites
are up and running again, every need of the people of this planet
and all life will be fully supported.
  The site at Palenque has its focal point as the science and
technologies of sound. In this location there was not the spoken
word, but the reverberation of sound carried the message. And here
there is a direct connection to the science and technologies of the
silent language of the Kogis. These technologies of the silence of
sound are to become the nurturing energetic for the new children
those that you call the Indigos. Without the nurturing of the silent
language, these children would have a very difficult time finding
their way. In Missouri, in the area not far from the boot, is
another site. This one deals with the science of deep aesthetic
values, moralities, the arts and beauty.
  There is so much being discovered at this time that in these
individual writings it is not possible to touch at once upon
everything. Our purpose is to give you reason for hope in the midst
of so much in the arena of the dualities and the de-throws of
dualities. So much that appears negative is happening on your planet
with the American p-litics, with the energy crisis, with three
highly-active volcanoes and two great earthquakes and another that
will happen within the first half of this year and this would be in
the greater area of China. It is easy for lightworkers to get caught
up in the drama. They fail to understand that this is all part of the
greater plan. And all of it is being carried out with the greatest of
compassion and memories of these events are to be blocked from the
consciousness of those life forms that are involved. They will not
carry a burden into the future of time. We in every way are attempting
to paint pictures for you that you can understand and be able to hold
yourself steady as the dualities collapse. If you could but see the
beauty and the great dignity in the unfolding plan as gridworks are
connected, as information comes forth, you would find great hope; you
would see and feel the cause for great joy and you would free yourself
from anxiety and worry and conditions would be less difficult for you.
  Wayne: I would appreciate an update on the rising of Atlantis, given
the new messages of et-eric beings and the messages of Light coming out
of Vero Beach.
  This is absolutely true. There are great portals from the inner
worlds to the outer surfaces of Planet Earth. And the portals from
this area to the cosmos are also open, so there is free travel, if
you would.
  Some of the beings that are being seen at this time on the beaches
are either members of the 32 Children of Light or some of their
advanced students who at present are discar-ate beings. They are
very busy connecting the grid systems in and around Bimini to the
grids of the peninsula of Florida itself. They are deliberately
showing themselves to those with vision to give hope and cause for
rejoicement and also for the purpose of eliciting the help of this
group. The 27 members of this group are not the totality of eth-ric
beings involved, but serve rather as a coordinating council for
activities. There are many individual groups going on sacred
journeys that are reactivating grid points. And the voices of the
27, as they become more and more interactive with the consciousness
of humans, shall also facilitate the great reactivation of the
great Hall of Learning of Atlantis. Over the waters of the area
can be seen a great crystal-like dome. Also, great pyramid-like
objects.
  They are not in actuality pyramids per se, but have been recently
erected by this group to act like transformer stations and
resonators with both Earth energies and galactic energies. Of all
power points on the planet at this particular time, the most
incredible will be that in the area of the Bimini Islands, for it
will serve as the great jumpstart for all other points. The master
switch is contained within this area.

  Wayne:
  There have recently (within the past couple of months) been a
substantial number of quakes of moderate intensity in an alignment
between the Gulf of California and the mountain barrier between
that and the southern tip of the San Joaquin Valley. Some of this
quake activity has been a rather sharp focus in the barrier
itself. Is this recent increased activity an attempt to connect
energetic leylines, or is this part of the breakup of the physical
barrier that will lead to an opening and sinking of that barrier
to allow the waters of the Gulf to rush into the San Joaquin Valley
area?
  Quakes that you mention here are not for the purpose of
connecting energetic grid systems, nor are they for the purpose of
allowing water to enter into the San Joaquin Valley. The San
Joaquin Valley will not return into a land covered by water. There
have been certain prophesies in that respect, but consciousness
has been sufficiently raised so that this condition will not
transpire, nor will any part of the shoreline of California break
free and sink into the ocean.
  This is but one of the catastrophics that has been averted. We
realize that with so many dark conditions transpiring upon this
beloved planet, that it may be difficult to realize that mass
consciousness has indeed shifted.
  The reason for these quakes at this time is primarily to release
pressures off of the plates in that region, especially that of the
San Andreas Fault system. Understand that for some weeks now, the
people of California have been greatly stressed because of their
power situation. And this is another example of the orchestration
of the c-bals. And again, this would be another reason why it might
be difficult to actually see that consciousness is raising.
