  Wayne: Why is California the site of the current energy crisis?
  California has been targeted, for in part she is the largest in
population and also in part because the population is now having the
minorities as the majority, and for some time these individuals have
voted for those pol-ticians that have promised them the most in the
way of benefits.
  They have become accustomed to being heard. They are willing to
fi-ht for what they want. And going without utilities will place
them foursquare behind the B-sh-men's agenda for more drilling, even in
protected areas.
  Once more, I would ask you to keep in mind that o-l is to Mother
Earth what your blood is to you. You have always said, Oi- is an
energy. And indeed it is to Mother Earth.
  Wayne: The location of Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral as the
launch site for our extraterrestrial explorations seems very synchronous
with the location of Bimini Island and a great center of the Atlantean
civilization.
  Can you shed some light on the energetic coincidence of that location for
this purpose in these times?
  The reason for this is two-fold. Florida is a direct connection to
Atlantis, as many artifacts of Atlantean origin have been discovered there.
And in the region there is an energetic grid system that enables
communication with other planets. That's one factor. The second is that the
energy also protects the outer planets from humans that might possibly be
greedy or wanting to explore for the wrong reasons. The energy is also in
place that will notify beings in space that another missile or craft is
being launched, so that these things are not done in s-cret. This is partly
the reason that so many of your astronauts have had encounters of the third
kind while on their flights orbiting the earth.  (JW  I have heard it
said before that practically all space flights that we have made from
Florida had alien spacecrafts going along with the missiles that we
were attempting to send in space.  It also has been said that some of
the astronauts saw an alien spacecraft looking at them while we were on
the Moon.  Of course there are a few people who say we never went to the
Moon at all, but I tend to think we did go to the Moon.)
  Wayne: ELFRAD (Extremely Low Frequency Research And Development) (The
Elfrad Group) records ultra low-frequency electronic signals that pass
through the earth, many of which are of unknown origin. Can you shed some
light on the nature of these electrical frequencies and their various
sources?
  ELFRAD is picking up frequencies from several sources. Seismic earth
activity in your usual sense of earthquakes is but one. When there are major
X-flares, especially several in a row in a short period of time, these hit
upon certain crystal frequencies (and remember there is such thing as a
crystal radio set) that ELFRAD has been able to pick up within Mother
Earth herself. And there is another interesting thing with ELFRAD. You are
aware that when there is a m-litary marching across a bridge, especially if
it is over water, that certain frequencies are set up that can cause the
bridge to begin to undulate. There is a similar type of activity that
sometimes goes on in the inner worlds, in the inner cities. Of late, some
of the beings in these inner cities have been migrating. There is
considerable activity going on in the inner worlds. There is also
considerable comings and goings of spacecraft. Some craft that are more
fifth dimensional are being primed and readied. And there are several of
these at ports of call within the earth herself. Thoth has such a craft.
And when these are fired up and tested, certain types of energetics are
emitted. And ELFRAD is picking up on all of these frequencies.
  The humans are able to pick it up on their instrument panels. They
know that something is going on and they are able to pinpoint the
areas. We have discussed West Virginia as being a place that
contains one of the mother ships. We have also spoken of the St.
Louis area as being the heart chakra of Atlantis. And all of these
conditions are affecting ELFRAD. But they simply don't know how to
interpret. You may wish to keep a check on the activities recorded
on their site for clues as to what is going on energetically other that
quakes, as you know quakes.
  Wayne: There are many beings whose acupuncture and meridian systems are
being very active and physically being expressed at this time. Can you
describe the relationship between the electromagnetic ley lines of earth
and the acupuncture points and meridian lines of the human body and how
these are energetically connected with solar energies?
  We have touched upon this in other messages. Essentially, the human
body has chakra systems. And a part of the chakra system is the acupuncture
points. It has to do in great part with the kundalini energy as well. It
is this energy that helps reactivate the DNA-RNA system, or the
messaging system. One of the activities going on at this time is to connect
those humans who have fully functioning chakra systems with the chakra
system of our Mother Earth and to have the two circuit boards, if you
would, connected. Once connected, the next step is to plug this unit of
energy into the grid board of the galactic systems and the cosmic
systems of our Mother planets. There are several modalities by which these
connections can express themselves. The acupuncture grid system is one.
The Kogis and their methodologies are another. The Indigo Children and
HIV Children are yet another.
  And here I would point out for your awareness that in the midst of a
certain d-rkness of energy, there are these brilliant lights that are
counterbalancing certain patterns of da-k energy. To go along with this,
there are many more beings that are coming into connection, not only with
their high selves, but also with their s-uls. When this happens, they have
completed the essences of the ascension process. The purpose of ascension
is to connect with your high self and your so-l, and then from that point
to collective sou- or group -oul. There are many channels giving forth
much valuable information at this time that have become masters of their
own energetics to such extent that they are connected. What is the meaning
of being a m-ster, if not becoming ma-ter of your own energetics systems
that leads to connection with your high self and your s-ul? That is the
definition of the word Ma-ter. This is also the reason why the light-beings
such as Michael, Metatron, Solara, and so many others, when addressing
others in a group, call them mast-rs, fellow teachers, and colleagues. These
are the words with which they are greeting you. So there is great light
in the midst of the dar-ness.
  And to create this awareness for you of the movement of the forces of
light is one of the blessings of your Internet system. Millions of people
band together for the various group meditation projects. People all over
our beloved planet are reaching out to one another as brother and sister
in such places as the Ukraine, Australia, Africa, Mexico, and so many
other places, where you have gone beyond r-ce, color, creeds and dogmas,
and are literally embracing one another from within the heart chakras of
your own inner being. And my friends, this is light. Unity is light.
Brotherhood is light. Light is energy. And energy is love.
  Wayne: What is the significance that our scientists have now discovered
how
to manipulate light by slowing it down, stopping, it and restarting it?
  Yes, indeed, they have learned how to manipulate 3rd dimensional light,
rather than light as a sou- or light as a being.
  (Wayne: I�m not so sure that it is only 3rd-dimensional.) And I can
understand why you question, and this is good. They are learning to
manipulate many aspects of light: the ph-ton energy and Tesla energy and
the bombarding of certain energetic grid systems with these laser lights,
and it is for the purpose of further control. There is the potential for
great good in this, but there is also the potential for great dar-ness.

   The other side of this would be the light of the high self and the
human�s
connection with the high self is individual responsibility. And
there are many humans who are being affected by the manipulations of these
aspects of light through such organizations as the m-litary and the
chemtrails and the HAARP organization and so many research stations that
are involved in mind control and so many other things. The
g-vernment is aware of what is happening with the consciousness of
humanity and the questions that they are raising as to what the go-ernment
is really up to and involved in. And this is the real reason for the
use of the chemtrails: to make the lightworkers ill; preoccupy them with
health issues; cause them to take time out to heal. When a human
enters into any condition of dis-ease, it is because at least momentarily
they in some way lower their light. This can be done through seeing
a chemtrail and becoming afraid of it, alarmed, or concerned; and so the
chemtrials are used effectively. The way to heal yourself is not by
stopping your activities, but rather by continuing, especially your light
activities. In the case of Wayne and Kay, who are each dealing with
health issues, instead of stopping their channeled messages and their
commentary, they have not only refused to stop, but they have even
accelerated. For example, during the timeframe that Wayne stopped
his Earth Dynamics Reports and commentaries, he did not make a
considerable amount of gain in control of his health issues until such
time as he resumed his commentaries. He was instructed to, instead
of giving so much of the statistical information, to use his intuitive
mastery. And by so doing, would come into connection, first with his
high self, and then with his s-ul. And through this connection comes
the healing that he desires.  (JW  As I have stated before, Wayne has
now passed away and Kay is having a very rough time with her health.)
  And the same can be said for Kay. And this is the reason for the
increase in her sessions with us. Lady Kadjina is a name for her eternal
so-l.
  It was a name that was used in the ancient times of Atlantis during a
lifetime in which we functioned as a unit of oneness of energy. And
so the decision was made to use this name at this time. Lady Kadjina
is not a being separate and apart from Kay, but rather at one with
Kay.  I, as Lady Kadjina, have other physical expressions and
manifestation at this time on other planets as well as in another
galaxy. I existed in other realms for eons of time before I came to
this planet many thousands of years ago. You realize, that so many
of your technologies began with a noble purpose and were then taken over
by the c-bals. Another example of this is the sa-red water of Turkey
that has been taken over by the gov-rnment of Turkey, hoping to make a
profit and regulate how and by whom this water can be used. The
gov-rnment of China has corralled many of the psy-hic children into
schools in order to use them for their own purposes. And this is
another aspect of the manipulation of light.
  The manipulation of the energy of light itself stopping it and restarting
it is a power manipulation. And if those who are in control have
their way, great damage can be done to all of life upon this planet.
  However, it has been decreed that those who use the light for their own
selfish purposes, their plans will fail. And many of those beings
shall reap in this lifetime what they have sowed.

  Wayne: In your message of January 1, 2001, you spoke of a discontinuous
leyline through Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. The earthquakes that have
just occurred off the coast of El Salvador and Nicaragua: is this part of
the process to continue the leyline? If so, can we expect similar quakes
to the south of this great quake? What relevance does this quake have to the
activation of the ancient Mayan/Atlantean energies? Is this part of the new
energies that are coming into the Earth as of 1/12/01?
  First of all, please understand that there is no such thing as an
accidental or random happening. I have said before that there is as much
orchestration going on on this side as upon your planet. But we work for the
highest good of everyone. And the main purpose and function of all
happenings that you consider to be major events are for the purposes of
connecting, and this in turn has to do with communication, which in turn
increases awareness and expands consciousness and assists in the ascension
process of all of the forms of life that are upon this planet at this
time.
  So, to answer your question: yes, there are absolutely connections going
on between the two sets of leylines to establish one continuous leyline.
Actually, there is the former leyline already there that is broken or
severed,
sort of like a water hose with a crimp in it. And what do you do to uncrimp
a water hose? You simply shake it and move it around a little bit to uncrimp
it.
  These energies that we are speaking of here are a part of the ancient
cities�
gridwork. And these ancient cities have many direct connections to
the dolphins. Now the dolphins are sentient beings with full range
of consciousness. It was brought to Kay�s attention recently that,
at one time, the great buffalo was also a fully conscious being. I
would just like to confirm this. It is true. And there are
many of the animal kingdom that were at one point in time fully conscious
and, because of the fall of the humans and the collapse of the energy
grids, they lost their consciousness in much the same way as did the
humans. Consciousness to many of these animals is returning.
  And the connections and the stabilizing of leylines and grid systems are
one of the major ways of assisting in this endeavor, for these grid
systems work on the inner planes very much the same way that your
computers and the Internet work on the outer planes. It is a quick
and fast way of giving forth communications one on the inner and one on
the outer planes. But have you not noticed how you can take Internet
communications into your meditations and receive tremendous
insights? Have you not noticed how you seem to support the findings,
discoveries, and intuitions of one another? Have you not oftentimes
said to yourself, said, Hey, this information fits in with this other
information! And, as you have noted, both tie in beautifully to
your meditation time just this morning. You might think of your
Internet as one gigantic jigsaw puzzle with many people putting pieces in
place. And as you complete a particular section of the puzzle,
you might cry out, Oh, that�s a rose! or Look, the eye of an eagle, how
beautiful! And the rose of course is a symbol of the so-l and the
heart. And the eagle has the vision to see into far reaching
places. And this is the way that the Internet blesses you. And
so we say, it is a great and viable grid system.
  This leyline that you speak of is only one of many that are in process
of being reconnected or stabilized.
  Wayne: There have been a number of minor quakes from the Labrador Sea
to New York and farther south since January 5th, 2001. In addition, there
have been five significant quakes along the Mid-Atlantic Ridge since
January 2nd, 2001. The concern is that this indicates a buildup of pressure
along the eastern half of the U-ited States. Combined with the major
activity along the west coast of Central America, the Gulf of Mexico, and
up through the Aleutian Islands, is there cause for concern relative to
larger quakes in the New Madrid or New York areas at this time? Is
this simply a loosening up of the Atlantic area so that the further rising
of Atlantis and its exposure can occur on schedule?
  You are right on both counts. It is a loosening of the Atlantean energies.
Also, one of the things that we are attempting to do further to the east
of the Bimini island, but in the general vicinity of those energetics, is
to create a crevice-type opening to the underworlds that will be able to
siphon off some of the extremely heavy energies.
  Some time ago, we discussed with you how many of the negative thought
forms
were created from out of earth substances, and how these thought forms were
being rooted out of their hiding places. And in their attempts to
escape the incoming light, some were being driven into the earth.
  Many of them have reached their demise and have become non-active, but at
the same time something of a pollutant to Lady Gaia. And so the
flooding in certain areas has washed into the oceans considerable amounts
of energy that is no longer useful. It�s very heavy and it sinks to
the bottom. And it is hoped that some of these heavier energies will
be drawn into this crevice-like structure. It is not a whirling
vortex; it is not a threat or danger; it is more like a sieve or a sifter
to be shaken from time to time, allowing the dense matter to fall on
through. And in the inner worlds there is something similar to a
trough, energetic in nature, that this dense material can fall into and
flow along into the what we have come to call the furnace room of the
energetic system of the great blue-w-ite cross. And again, in your
meditation and visualization, use that cross much the same way that you
use the recycle bin on your computers just cast into the fires what is no
longer needed. And please do not forget to put your A-gels of Motion
to work. Use whatever connection method that you are comfortable
with in connecting with the An-els. And put them to work. Work
them as you would a colleague or a partner, and work as if you�re under
the gun with a deadline to meet, where you are snapping out the orders,
and you hear and angel say, Got you covered.
