Subject: Crystal Skulls.                                     May 18, 2007.

  Dear Folks: I will now repeat a question that was on the end of the
posting called "Are We Being Watched By The Space People?".
  This now talks about a crystal skull that was found.

  Wayne: A number of crystal skulls have been found around the world,
the most notable one supposedly from the area at the ancient Mayan city
of Lubaantun, in
the islands of Belize (formerly British Honduras).
  This particular one was supposedly found under an altar that had been
covered by a collapsed wall by Anna Le Gui-lon, the daughter of F.A.
Mitchell-He-ges, in 1927 when she was 17, and it has been described as
impossible to manufacture because of its perfect characteristics, or
would take a human 300 years to make, with extremely sophisticated tools
that do not exist. What can you tell me about the history and purpose of
this skull?

  This particular skull was not made of earth substance but was
materialized by their g-d when one of the priests was in deep meditation.
Its purpose was for the purpose of being able to see into the time grid
dimensions. This would give them the ability to understand the components
of time and space and their relationship to events. And this is
essentially the purpose of all of the crystal skulls.
  The Tibetans also have skulls and they work in a similar way to the
oracles of ancient Greece. But they were different in that they were
focusing upon the elements of time and space and time travel. They had
the ability to bring all components of time into a focus of now. It was
also a great factor in the skill of shape shifting, for shape shifting
has its basis in time and space.
  Through the use of this great crystal, the priest was able to become
very much like a snake or some type of lizard that could walk straight
up the sides of very slick buildings and edifices. They could also enter
into very crevice-like spaces into inner chambers of certain hillsides
and mountainsides, into secret spa-es. The focus of this crystal was not
so much to predict coming events, as it was to understand relationships
between time and space and purpose. It was through the use of this great
crystal that the great disk-shaped time calendar was formulated.
  As an aside, I would like to say here that Kay has no personal knowledge
of any of this information and is struggling with placing words to what
I am showing her, for she can see the objects that I am describing to
her, but is not able to place a name to the object. She has always had
difficulties with names and also with geography.  It is in this that
Wayne has a great role in clarifying, for he does have knowledge and
understanding of many of these things. Wayne knows about this disk
object used for a time-space calendar, and he would know the name to give
it. Kay, on the other hand, has such an extensive blockage to names in
her consciousness that I am not able to do an override. This is one of
the reasons that I so enjoy working with Kay, because she is so
uneducated. I can say what I wish to say without her running
interference and the only handicap that I have with Kay is essentially
putting names to objects and locations. And again, Wayne is able to do
this. I have found here a very unique duo in the personalities and the
emotional and mental worlds of these two earth beings. They make a very
unique and very wonderful team.
  It was also through the use of this great crystal that the priesthood
was warned of the coming of the invaders so that they could remove and
preserve what they considered to be their sacred truths and their
wisdom. It was through the use of the crystal that these people were
able to shape-shift and remove themselves from the forest areas and from
their cities and communities, and vanish. To this date, few know where
they went. Some of them became animals; others became trees. Some
returned to the world of s-irit and others went into the areas of the
Andes Mountains and lived there. And some went into the area of Mexico,
in the city or the people the name begins with S and they became cave
dwellers. And the remnants of these people are still living in the
caves. And many of the wise ones still live to be more than 100 years
old. And they hold to many sa-red traditions. This particular group has
much respect for the wisdom of the woman and for the wisdom of their
elderly ones. Yet in many of their ways, they seem to be a very
primitive people. They have evo-ved in this way out of necessity
because of the harshness of the land. They are thought to be M-xican in
origin, but they are not; they are Mayan. Many of them are still able
to shape-shift.

  Wayne: Continuing on our discussion of life during the Golden Age of
Atlantis, given that there was not a g-vernment as such, could you
describe how the major public buildings and transportation systems
were developed and built?
  During the Golden Era, the buildings were constructed by the dual
effort of beings on this planet as well as extraterrestrials. Much of
the material was brought in or you might say, imported for in the time
of Atlantis there was import and export going on between planets. The
reason materials were brought in from other places is that a certain
magnetic gridwork was set up in the materials and this could enhance
the transmissions of information. Some of this information transfer was
done through mental tel-pathy, some was done magnetically through
gridworks, and some was sent through a type of electrical current
between sending and receptor points. And information could be sent and
received both directions from earth to another planet and from another
planet back to earth.
  Now, as we have said before, upon Planet Earth were the ancient ones
the evol-ed ones. There was a group that was more e-heric than
physical.
  There was a group that was physical and very highly evo-ved. And
then there was evol-ing humanity that was thoroughly physical, but
sp-ritually they had not entered upon the path of intensive dualities;
they were not as yet greatly challenged. And all beings lived longer
life spans than any humans of the last several thousand years. The
long life spans allow for much accomplishment. So, the many levels
of beings upon this planet could work together and design buildings.
They would sit down and discuss what it is they wanted to accomplish.
  In the case of the Hall of Learning, it was designed to allow for free
flow of communication between worlds, but it was also for the edification
and enlightenment of the beings upon this planet.
  However, as the beings ev-lved upon this planet, information would
then be sent back to other planets. Those beings would then monitor the
ev-lvement and they would gain much knowledge and information. Keep
in mind that many of the life forms on Planet Earth were extensions and
projections of the consciousness of beings in other places. And the
beings in other places also had what you now call parallel lives on many
planets at the same time. At the time of Atlantis, many of the parallels of
these great beings were interactive with one another and assisted in the
evol-ement of each other. So when construction was to begin, information as
to how to proceed was gathered from many quarters throughout the galaxy.
Planet Earth was like a great experiment. It was to be the great utopia in
the cosmos. It was to be the great communication hub. So the buildings were
designed with galactic communication in mind.
  As far as transportation went, again transportation was multi-dimensional,
from small 3rd-dimensional yet highly technical hover planes to very etheric
modalities. Again, these were developed with galactic communication in mind.
  There were great air terminals, if you would, for the coming and going of
UFOs, and this was commonplace. There were also chambers developed for
translocation of beings. You have your expression, Beam me up, Scotty!
  I will digress here for a moment. Your science fiction has played a great
service to humanity, for great truths are presented in fictional form. There
is a cosmic law that goes something like this and here I use layman�s
language: if the human mind can think it up, then it is within the realm of
possibilities. The human mind is not capable of dreaming up the totally
impossible. The details perhaps are not always clear, but the bigger picture
always has a basis in reality.
  Now, back to transportation. There was never a shortage of energy on
Atlantis. And they functioned upon the f-ee energy systems that are
now coming back to you. At that time of Atlantis, there was no such
thing as the great controlling c-bals. There was no such thing as one group
lording themselves over another group. We had great air transportation
busses
that could take groups to far distant places on vacations. It was sometimes
easier to do it this way than to translocate an entire group of beings. But
these busses were highly technical. They were magnetic in nature, traveling
on electronic beams.
