  Your second point is concern for New York and the fault lines in
the area. New York is not upon a solid foundation. It is a ledge, or
a shelf and there could be problems in that area unless the light
workers shore it up. Visualize installing under this ledge an
energetic I-beam, reinforcing bar, or concrete pillars, and construct
them under this ledge. It can work. Fourth-dimensional construction
projects do not collapse during shaking. This is a form of
shape-shifting, it�s a part of alchemy, and it is doable. Don't wait
until conditions go out of control before you address them. This is
called, incidentally, co-creative meditation. You're doing more than
simply filling yourself with light; you're using the light. It can
be said another way, you are doing more than reading a book; you are
applying what you�ve read. Words are just words until acted upon. And
meditation is just meditation, a pleasant moment apart until you apply
what you know and are willing to roll up your sleeves.
  Wayne: There is also some concern for the New Madrid area; do you see
cause for concern there?
  There will be at some point in time, approximately 2-3 years into
future time, some pretty serious shaking in the Tennessee River Valley,
the Ohio Valley, and extending clear down into the gulfstream area. It
will not be as catastrophic as what some have predicted, but for those
caught up in it, it can be most challenging. And the purpose of this
is to try to find ways of helping the people who live in the Deep
South reconnect to who and what they are, to shake them loose from
their deep-rooted belief systems that no longer work.
  There are few places in the Uni-ed States where the d-ath of women
at the hands of men who profess to love them is at a higher per capita
rate. Women who have promised, til death do we part, think only in
terms of physical death. They fail to understand, that when you are
mentally or emotionally de-d due to being continually abused and
battered, you are, by the very nature of the energetics involved,
s-iritually de-d as well. And the more remote the regions in which
that these women live, the more ingrained becomes their lifestyle and
their beliefs.
  There is great need for a raised consciousness in the area of the
Deep South and they are not capable of doing this with their limited
understanding of prayer. Few in the South meditate and in some places
of the South they burn metap-ysical types of bookstores. Children in
Sunday School, or even in public school, who raise questions that go
against the die-hard consciousness of the elders, are castigated in
front of their peers, and this becomes a deeply embedded, festering
wound until such time as it erupts into a school massacre, such as
we found in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This is one of the major
contributors to the school violence of the South that the children
are not heard; their s-irit is crushed from the cradle on up. So yes,
there will be shaking going on on many levels. But it will be handled
very much like what you call a controlled burn in an attempt to give
the humans another chance to do some rethinking and to break free of
the established ingrained system that no longer serves them.
  Wayne: should there be concern in the short term?
  There will be some shaking in the interim, but not the more dire
ones just yet. It is hoped that the Bimini energies of Atlantis
will be of great assistance in the awakening of the people of the
Deep South. But it could very well take an act of G-d to shake them
loose.
  Wayne: One of the features of the Atlantean Energy System has
been referred to as a Fire Stone. It apparently could cha-nel energy
from the cosmic grid and, based upon orientation, with perhaps some
interrelationship with human consciousness at the time, could
energize various transportation and other elements in Atlantis. Today,
we find our gov-rnment and quasi-gove-nment experimenting with various
frequency generation devices in an apparent attempt to either tap
into, or alter the cosmic energy grid system. Can you shed some
light on this Atlantean technology and also describe the
experimentation that is now going on. Is there cause for concern
that our scientists either have ulterior motives or otherwise are
interfering with the natural system to the detriment of our
environmental health?
  The Fire Stone referred to here worked somewhat like one of your
generating substations. And yes, they did connect to the energetic
track-ways (Kay is seeing something like a monorail) that hover
planes or cars could travel along these energetic grid systems,
which were powered by the Fire Stone. Understand that the Fire
Stone utilized something like kundalini energy or generating
energy.
  There is something that I would like for all of our readers to
understand. It is true, you do have the ELF technology, the HAARP
technology, the gov-rnment�s Tesla technology experiments, and you
also have your chemtrails by the govern-ent. And these are but a
few of the things that world governm-nts are involved in. And they
are using them for dark purposes. And these dark purposes very
definitely third dimensional. And these very negative third
dimensional devices do not have an effect on fourth dimensional grid
systems as the fourth dimensional grid systems have built-in
protective devices. The energetics can be retracted from great
crystals and leylines as a planet and her people go to sleep, or
lower their consciousness. But the structures themselves are not that
greatly damaged. At the current time, we are simply reconnecting what
is already there, or reactivating what is already there, as far as
earth energetics are concerned.
  There have been some new triangulation grids established, but
these are for specific purpose and will remain only during the time
of crisis, which will last probably ten to fifteen years into the
future of time. And these are energetic in nature, rather than
physical. However, they do connect with physical energetic structures
such as crystals at Bimini, the Great Pyramid, Stonehenge and many
others. This is not to say that the go-ernment is doing no damage at
all far from it. They are causing great pain to the life forms upon
this planet. At this point, it appears as if many of those who are
behind the scenes running the show, are not capable of getting the
message to change their ways. And these beings at some point in time,
will not only be removed from the planet, but their high selves shall
cease to exist and their s-ul energies, from which they have
disconnected themselves, shall return to the source of their creation
and cease to exist as the particular line of human energetics that
they have been trying to redeem for aeons of time. Their so-ls have
given up on them. They have crossed the line and are beyond
redemption.
  Wayne: Could you please help clarify the connection between the
Fire Stone and the cosmic or stellar-planetary energetic grid
systems?
  We have spoken before that planets throughout the galaxy are
sentient beings and, as such, each have chakra systems or grid systems
like unto those familiar to you. The power station of these sentient
beings is the kundalini system. The kundalini system is a great
cosmic energy system and connects directly to the pranic ocean of
life creation systems.
  Certain crystals, such as the Fire Stone, have direct linkage to the
cosmic generators, or the cosmic f-ee energy system and also to the
magnetic grid systems. They work together to produce forms of energy
and when properly done, there is more energy than can be used. This
technology is available now and has been for more than 50 years. But
just as the o-l c-rtels stopped the trolley cars of California, and the
production of 100 mpg gasoline, so have they stopped the fr-e energy
system. But I will paint a picture for you now. All of you
know what a logjam is. And the logjam of information is fixing to
break.
  At this point I will divert a little.
  All c-anneled information filters through the consciousness of the
ch-nnel. In my case, names and places, have been difficult to clarify.
But these are simply details in the grand scheme of things. I'm going
to give you a lesson in higher mathematics. Take into meditation the
thoughts concerning fractions. Remember the time when you learned of
the numerators and the denominators. Remember how you could expand the
denominator to be inclusive of the denominators of a string of
fractions. And remember the myriad of numerators. For the sake of
spi-itual mathematics, consider the numerators as the nit-picky
details that make for more and more and more denominators, which
split hairs. And then remember how you went looking for the least
common denominator and when you found it, your math problem got a
whole lot easier to deal with.
  So, when it comes to ch-nneled information, look for the puzzle
pieces that fit into your big picture. The puzzle you are working
on is the size of a banquet table and there are many people gathered
around that table with pieces of the puzzle and they want to try and
see if they can find a place in which to fit the piece that they
hold. Sometimes you may hold a piece in your hand that will fit into
a part of a picture that is perhaps a fountain. But right now,
they're not working on the fountain. They're working upon clouds in
the sky, a tree in a corner, and a roadway. But your fountain will
come into the picture when enough people hold the least common
denominators. The truth is found in those least common denominators,
not in the numerators. The numerators can add color and flavor, but
they don't get to the heart of the matter.

  Wayne: What can you tell me about the legendary place called Agartha and
how it might be connected with the earth's underground civilizations?
  Agartha is legendary in the same sense that Shamballa is legendary. I
would digress just a little to remind you that, as your physical body
has what you call a body double, so do both Shamballa and Agartha. There is
an etheric Shamballa in the area of the Gobi Desert, but there is also a
physical Shamballa in a very remote, very deep ravine-like area in the
Himalayas. It is so deep that the base has running water and
beautiful plants and flowers. Agartha is very much the same.
  There is an Agartha in the etheric realm in the remote area of Mongolia
north of the populated areas of China. In the area of Mongolia you
have the sacred priesthood; you have beings of great antiquity. And
in the areas of the mountains, there is a place called Agartha. It
would be as the physical body double of the etheric body. And in
this place there are pathways. And the priests of the outer world
are able to take s-iritual journeys into the inner world. There are
connections to the sp-ritual essences of Agartha to some of the beings of
the inner world. Primarily this is a connection with the more
spi-itually advanced.
  You must understand that Planet Earth is designed to be a planet of
dualities or challenges. And those who chose to hide away from the
difficulties and who chose to remain hidden away do not evolve as
quickly spirit-ally.
  So their connection with spirit-al domains and with the outer worlds,
whether based on the planet Earth itself or in the galaxy, are for
informational purposes, somewhat like tuning into your newscasts.
They also ask for information as to the spiritu-l evolvement of the
humans who dwell upon planet Earth from the standpoint of, is it safe
to return? At this point, I would like to say that many of the
underground beings have passed into the world that is known as d-ath
and have made the decision to reinc-rnate into the planet Earth in
the upper worlds. There are not nearly so many left living in the
inner worlds. The beings on the inner worlds exist from the more
third dimensional or denser physical beings to those that are very
etheric. The very etheric beings are definitely sp-ritual beings who
act as guardians for those who are denser. It is the most dense of
beings that have been removed from the area of Mt. Shasta. However,
those who are etheric in nature are still located in the area of Mt.
Shasta. The great devas, the great a-gels, and the great teachers
are still located in the area of Mt. Shasta. As we have said before,
it is time for those of the inner world to emerge. This means that
many of them will d-e and then reincar-ate upon the outer worlds of the
planet. The law is that when you choose to hide away, you can only
evolve s-iritually to a certain point, but you cannot truly ascend.
  Wayne: Can you tell me more about the ancient histories of Agartha and
Shamballa?
  There are two realms to each of these places the etheric and the
physical. Each is a heart center for a great civilization of people.
When the ancient civilization reached their demise, the sacred knowledge
and sacred energies were kept intact by the sacred priesthoods of each
of the two cities in hopes that in the future time, the sacred
knowledge could be released once more to the peoples. In these two
cities were the dwelling places of the great masters. In Shamballa it
was Sanat Kumera and the 24 great Kumeras. In Agartha it would be the
lineage of the great Buddha, Lord Krishna, and those of the more Eastern
traditions. The etheric counterparts of each of these two great cities
are for the purpose of energetic connections to grid works.
  And each is the dwelling place of the etheric forms of the great
masters. And each is connected directly to what we call the Master
Plane. Then the Master Plane also is interactive with the Causal
Plane, or the Plane of Learning. These two planes are very interactive
at this time. Those in human form can only go to the Causal Plane when
escorted by their master teachers, and only those who are masters in
human form are allowed to go to the Master Plane.
  Agartha at one point in time was very interactive with Pangaea and
also with Lemuria. And spiritual essences are in safekeeping in the
third dimensional heart center of Agartha and in turn are overseen by
the ancient masters in the eth-ric realm of Agartha. And it works much
the same way with the City of Shamballa, Shamballa�s connection being
more with Atlantis and with the energetics of the Bimini area.
  (At this point, Wayne asks for clarification as to how Shamballa
could be connected with Atlantis, given the physical distance, and
this leads to some confusion on Kay�s part relative to geography
between the Gobi Desert, Saudi Arabia, Mongolia, and the Himalayas,
as she had always connected the Gobi Desert in her mind with Saudi
Arabia)
  This is Lady Kadjina, and I must say that I am amused and tickled
at this point.
  And I'm going to have to tell on Kay. Back in the mid-60s, Kay was a
student of the Master Joshua, who spoke of the ethe-ic city of light
called Shamballa located over the Gobi Desert. She later asked a
fellow student, whom she considered to be quite knowledgeable, Where is
the Gobi Desert? He responded, The Gobi Desert is over Saudi Arabia.;
In the ensuing years, I have often spoken of the activities of the
city of light over Saudi Arabia, which she assumed to be Shamballa.
So this leads to a third city that we will discuss later.
  So, at this point I will do some clarification, now that we have our
geography straightened out. It is not always possible for me to override
a deeply embedded truth, even though it was only an error in
geographical locations. At this point, I would like to say that Agartha
and Shamballa are sister cities. Each embeds a particular tradition of
belief systems, Agartha being the traditions of the East and Shamballa
those traditions of the West. They have each placed their wisdom in
the Tibetan-Mongolian regions because these are areas that are most
protected on the planet.
  At one time, Atlantis and Lemuria had great exchanges going on
between them. They were very much like sister continents. And at that
time, there was great compatibility in their spi-itual essences.
However, Lemuria was very much concerned with seeing G-d around and
about in plants, animals, rocks and crystal formations. They
specialized in that understanding and they connected themselves
energetically with the totality of life formations. Atlantis, on the
other hand, had a spirituality based upon the inner kingdoms, the
inner worlds. You can relate this to the understandings of the
macrocosm and the microcosm. Vera Stanley Ad-er, in her writings,
spoke of astral travel into the vastness of the outer worlds and
then immediately traveling to the inner worlds of her own physicality
wherein she found suns and moons and planets and great devic beings.
And this is the reason that we call Shamballa and Agartha sister
cities.
  A truly spiri-ually integrated being has the capability to relate
totally to all of life, both within the outer worlds of all dimensions
as well as the inner worlds, and will in the immediate future connect
all of the components of their inner worlds and then plug into the
grid systems of the outer worlds of Lady Gaia, our beloved Mother
Earth, and then to the grid systems of the great Mothers of our
outer worlds. I am most anxious to speak of the areas of the Arabian
Desert.
  Wayne: Yes, I sense your anxiety to get to that area, but I have
some further questions that I feel are important about defining the
physical nature of Shamballa and Agartha. Were Shamballa and Agartha
also great physical Cities of Light and if so, could you describe
their physical natures appearance, layout, etc.?
  Yes, they were great cities. They would be like the heart of great
cities. They were the great centers. And the two sister cities
are connected through tunnel works of the inner realms of the
planet. Now, remember that in the very ancient of times they had
hovercraft that could go straight up and down and this was a common
mode of transportation. And also keep in mind, that the ancient
priesthoods of each of these two great cities could teleport their
physicality at will. The great city of Shamballa in its physicality
was also located in the outer areas of the Himalayas on the Mongolian
side of the Himalayas. And so there was a considerable amount of exchange
in all of the areas of human activities, from commerce to philosophy, to
the study of spi-itual law and truth.
  The physical beings from Shamballa were small in frame from
approximately 4'-7" to approximately 5'-8". They were slender in build
and looked very similar to the Tibetan Monks of today. In the very
ancient of times their homes were built of materials imported through
the use of the spacecraft from many worlds. They were proficient in
the use of crystals and in the use of materials similar to sandstone.
They were masters of the Ayurvedic sciences.
