Ya I was thinking the same thing lol, photoshop

Not to mention they got the sign wrong, all the original signs say it's a 1000 fine,  
The one that appears to be photoshoped says it's a 5000 fine.

I think the dign itself is real the only problem is that the "post" holding up the sign
is a clear fake
