  This mentioned "The New Jerusalem" that some people think is a
spacecraft.

  You now have the ability to do very much as did the beings from the
Sun. You set yourself down and you project your consciousness to any
place where you know there is an energy grid system, or leylines, or
crystals. Take for example, the great crystal of Australia at Uluru.
You project your consciousness like a slinky to Uluru and then the
essence of whom and what you are will follow.
  This is a teleportation of consciousness. In this way, your energies
and the energies of Uluru are connected in a gridwork fashion. You may
do the same thing with Bimini, and with the Aurora Borealis. You may
even do the same thing with the great Popo volcano. There is much
disturbance in that area, but energetically if you know your heart
chakra to be open, you can hold Popo in your arms like a troubled
child, and rock Popo, and talk to Popo, and comfort Popo.
  Wayne: Can you describe the lived-in underground cities that exist
on Earth and what types of beings inhabit them?
  The beings that live in the underground cities are physical-eth-ric.
They are advanced beings technologically speaking, and they also
function as custodians of much information that they took with them.
They are beings that did not wish to leave the planet Earth at the
demise of Atlantis; they are beings that chose to go underground. It
is now time for them to emerge and resurface so that they can continue
their evo-ution in a world of dualities. They have established
buildings, communication, and transportation systems very similar to
what they knew when they lived upon Atlantis. They never evo-ved to
the status of Thoth or to the status of the 32 Children of Light. They
do not possess the powers of the Councils of 9, 7, or 12, yet they are
within themselves very advanced. They have been free of accidents,
illnesses, and dissention, yet they do not have the communication with
the greater beings of the cosmos. But they have maintained
communication with those beings that have set up UFO inner world
terminals. And they receive information as to what is happening
through these beings.
  Wayne: Where are these civilizations located?
  There is one great city right here in the Tucson area, in your
mountain ranges, beneath them. These beings have connection with beings
above ground, as well as those beneath ground. They have connection with
the Mother Ship New Jerusalem.
  This civilization has connections to both the area of the Grand Canyon
and the area of New Mexico, and also down into Mexico itself. There is a
great civilization beneath the area of Bimini. They assist in maintaining
the energetics of the great Hall of Learning in that area of Atlantis.
Another great civilization is beneath the Pacific Islands Hawaii and that
entire region. Now understand that all of these places are interconnected.
They travel back and forth, they communicate, and in a certain sense, it
is just one great civilization with outposts in different places.
Australia-New Zealand area also has a group.
  The inner world is based upon the idea of one world, one people. Much
will be learned from these beings on how to establish one world and one
people, utilizing the concepts of diversification. All the beings
within the Earth at this time are either Lemurian or Atlantean;
essentially they have the same roots, the same ideologies. However,
different groups specialize in different endeavors. Some are involved
in science, others in technologies, and others are into the
philosophies and art and beauty.
  Now we do not consider the UFO terminals to be of the cities or the
civilizations they are different. Now, some of the spaceports on the
planet are located at Mt. Shasta, Titicaca, the area of Popo, the area
of the Gobi Desert, Africa, Australia, the Himalayas, Mongolia has a
great port, Hawaii, Japan in the area of Kyoto in the mountain ranges
just to the north. There are so many ports it is not possible to list
all of them. But the ones I have given you are major ports, like unto
an international airport.

  Wayne: Could you please describe everyday life during the peak of the
Atlantean civilization?
  What you are asking concerns the Golden Age of Atlantis. This is
tremendously stupendous time. Life expectancy for a being such as Thoth
was approximately 10,000 years. The 32 Children of Light could live for
approximately 2,000 years before they needed to take a break to rest.
The s-iritual teachers could oftentimes live 1,000 to 1,500 years and
their students would live between 600 and 800 years.
  Education was primarily in small groups of between 1 and 5 students
and generally of the same age grouping. Children at that time were born
open; in other words they were able from birth to communicate
t-lepathically with the parents.
  S-x had come into existence in Atlantis; conception was always done
in what you might consider a type of s�ance. By this we mean the sp-rit
guides, both inc-rnate and disi-carnate, of both parents, as well as
that of the child to be born, would all be present. The incoming so-l
would oversee the time of copulation and be in direct contact with both
the sperm and the ovum. And you might even say the incoming s-ul would
do a type of genetic engineering nothing at all like what you have
today but through a type of mental communication and through
visualization, the incoming sou- could determine the se-, physical
characteristics, and sp-ritual essences that would be contained in cell
structuring. Pregnancy was a joyful time, for not only the parents to
be, but for all other family members as well. Delivery was always
drug-free and was always at home. She was assisted by the husband and
by both mothers his and hers and oftentimes by grandmothers. A p-iest
or pr-estess was usually in attendance as well. Much comfort was given
to the incoming s-ul. Prior to the birth, the so-l had disclosed to
the parents the reason for its coming into existence, what it hopes
to gain, what it wishes to study, and also its line of profession. So
the schooling would always be to cater to these wishes of the incoming
sou-.
  Concerning family life, homes were built usually in a circular
fashion, and there would be a cluster of homes and all of one family
would live together in a home. Generally speaking, family members had
the same basic range of interests, not exactly identical, but very
definitely compatible to one another enhancements to one another. When
the time for death came, all of the family members would gather around
and great farewells were given as much to do for the exiting sou- as
for the incoming -oul.
  The elders of the community lived with their children and
grandchildren and were very active, up until the very final days of
their lifespan. Even the less evo-ved of s-uls lived 200-300 years.
  There was a technology that was in the home of a certain combination
of light technology, sound, and certain type of ethe-ic frequency,
and these were used to grow the food. Oftentimes foods would be grown
inside the homes, adjacent to the kitchen, in a sort of glass-walled
terrarium it was not actual glass, but another material that you can
see through and does not break. They had automatic drip irrigation
systems into these areas. Many foods could be grown in hanging baskets
in a moss-like substance. In those times they had many teas, and
comfrey was among them. They also had many fruit trees. And there would
be spaces provided inside the house to grow trees under skylights and
under certain other types of light technologies.
  They did not have screens on windows or doors. In fact, there was no
such thing as a closeable front door. Many of the homes had walls
around them with archways. And you would often wind through
flower-lined pathways up to the front door. But you came in at such an
angle that the door to the home could not be seen from a street or any
kind of pedestrian walkway. In the homes, they had bath chambers that
were more of a liquid light type of cleansing. They did not use soap
and water and bath towels.
  The modes of transportation were for the teaching class and the
el-te of students by teleportation. They also had teleport chambers for
the less e-olved, especially when they would travel great distances.
  They did have much in the way of water sports. They played a type of
water tag with a ball, somewhat like dodge-ball or keep-away. The land
was filled with many beautiful waterfalls and there were many men and
women both, very skilled at high diving off the cliffs of the falls
into the pools beneath. There was open communication with the water
animals all types of fish and water birds and crocodiles that were
not ferocious and much smaller in size than now.
