         The SECRET MONTAUK / PHOENIX / RAINBOW Projects

              August 12, 1983 was the PEAK DAY for a 20-year-long
         biorhythm cycle of the Earth.  It was also the peak or
         climax day for a secret government project called the
         "Montauk Project", also called the "Phoenix Project",
         which at that time created an actual TIME TUNNEL to
         another secret government project called the
         "Philadelphia Experiment, Project INvisibility", also
         called the "Rainbow Project", that took place exactly
         40 years before on August 12, 1943.  At least two humans
         traveled thru that TIME TUNNEL in both directions !

              The Montauk Project also included a "time tunnel"
         or wormhole betweem its underground headquarters near
         the eastern end of Long Island and a cavern or cave
         complex under the large PYRAMID in the Cydonia area of
         Mars, from which "away teams" brought back ANCIENT
         ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT and 17,000 TONS of GOLD !

              EACH of the SEVERAL aspects of the Montauk Project
         is a CLASSIC EXAMPLE of the statement "The Truth IS
         STRANGER than fiction!"!
