Assuming its designed to house aircraft?
I had a quick thought (trying to think outside the box), although
looking at the doors I don't think I'm right - maybe it was a data
center?
I've seen quite a few asymmetrical metal framed buildings - never
quite sure why. I've always assumed its to add roof space on one
side, for offices and such. But, could it be due to the suns location
in the sky - perhaps the building can reflex heat better the way its
been designed.
Two thoughts come to mind, counter each other, and
therefore confuse me.
It appears to be taking quite some time to finish.
That suggests that it's something more than a
"big garage". That points to something like a
data center or other administrative use, such
as you suggest.
But countering that is it's location, near to and
almost in the middle of the flight line. Offices,
data centers and admin buildings could be placed
anywhere on the base, not so close to harms's way.
And without the apparent cloak of the berm, which
way the doors face etc.
There does appear to be a large "mega-garage" sized
opening on the south end of the bldg.

Yes. Take out wrenched ankle.

There does appear to be a south end opening, but looking at the
website Andrew suggested, it would seem unlikely a door on the short
end would be used as an opening for aircraft. [Big wings means use the
long side.] The only function for asymmetry is if you hangar the
aircraft with the tail out. [Pull in instead of back in.] Still, you
would think anything Groom Lake is flying doesn't have much of a
tail.
