Welcome to the Agents of Light newsletter. The purpose of our monthly
newsletter is to establish contact and support for Lightworkers and
their families, as they in turn access healing Light energy for themselves,
Mother Earth and all other life on this planet. There are hundreds of
practical uses for Light energy, and it can serve us and our children
in any manner we can conceive, while also helping raise the Earth's
vibration. Our goal is to help create a critical mass of higher frequency
energy that will raise the planet's vibration and lead us all into the
New A-e.
In this issue, Prime Source shares his unique perspective in several
messages concerning Ascension. We update you on the Nether Worlds
Reclamation project, and the plan to schedule these s-uls for
rein-arnation. There's a follow-up article on how the Galactic Federation
is preparing and supporting a key U.S. g-vernment leader to help bring
peace to the planet. And we also reveal what needs to be in place for
individuals to achieve Ascension.

Messages from Prime Source
"Access Higher Frequencies"
We are going to discuss how we can get everyone to understand how
the ascension process works. What they need to know is how to
access higher level frequencies.
To do so, all they have to do is ask their etheric teachers and
they will provide the support they need. Look to them for your
questions about sp-ritual matters.
I want my children to know how much I love them. One day soon,
we will all be together as we were in the beginning. That will be
a day of great rejoicing, a day when we will all be together.
"Your Hearts Will Be Tested"
We are making progress as we move toward ascension. It won't be
long and soon we will all be together. You will each see each other
for who you really are.
As that time approaches, you will face significant difficulties
before we achieve our objectives. These will test your hearts for
all to see. But in the end all of my creation ascends to the next
level.
Within the next few years, you can expect there to be significant
changes for life on this planet. The time will come when you no
longer have to worry how you will survive.
"Peace And Joy Are Coming Soon"
We are getting closer to the time when we will have to distinguish
between the Light and the Dark. I want my children to know that I
take no part in the Dark and I expect the same from them.
As the Dark is removed from my creation, the Light is becoming
ever stronger. We expect the Dark to be removed completely from
all creation without fail.
There is going to be a time of great peace and joy for all my
children very soon. The purpose of life will finally be fulfilled
when we are all together as one.

It is important that we provide support for those who are
supporting the ascension process on Earth. We can do this by
establishing contact with them through our Higher Selves as we
offer our hearts to them.
As we draw closer to the end, we will raise up several who will
lead you to ascension.
They will help prepare the Earth and your society for the changes
that will come.
One such person is Nancy Pe-osi. She will be working very
closely with us as we move your planet forward to the next level.

"Proper Use Of The Kundalini"
The Kundalini is connected to energy found in your chakra
column. The purpose of this energy will be found in spreading
it around creation.
My children can use this energy to help prepare for ascension.
Prepare yourself by activating it. You can now use this to
finish more quickly.
"Measures Taken To Prepare Planet"
This is a good time to discuss what you will be doing when we
have completed the ascension process. We will work together to
raise up everyone that still needs to ascend.
The changes that will occur on your planet will not be quite
as traumatic as originally believed. Fortunately, much has been
done already to help alleviate what was projected to occur.
During the days ahead, you can expect your life to change
considerably. Your gov-rnments and your fin-ncial institutions
will undergo considerable changes. For the first time, you
will have a world that treats everyone as I would.

Nether Worlds Project Update
The reclamation effort taking place in the Nether Worlds
continues to go well, as now over nine million s-uls have been
transitioned to their home on the astral planes through the
month of August.
As of August 31st, 9,687,703 have been escorted home to begin
their lives anew.
Approximately 1,000 of these sou-s will reenter the in-arnation
process in the month of September, with others following in
subsequent months. Eventually, all will continue their sp-ritual
ev-lution.

August - 2,887,455
At this point, 95% of the approximately 50 million so-ls have
regained enough cognitive ability to attend schools that Di-ine
Mother has set up throughout the Nether Worlds.
On most days, over 100,000 are able to graduate and leave for
their homes on the astral planes.
Volunteers are still welcome and needed to help staff these
schools, or assist with those not yet attending. Many from Earth
are volunteering at night during their sleep state, but the
majority of assistance is coming from other planets and universes.
We continue to receive emails from volunteers who share their
wonderful experiences serving. With your continued support,
alongside so many of the H-ly Ones and beings throughout creation,
we will return each of these sou-s to their loved ones.

Continue To Pr-y For Nancy Pel-si
For the third consecutive month, the Galactic Federation
has significantly boosted the frequency of Nancy Pelo-i (Democrat,
California), the U.S. Speaker of the House of Re-resentatives.
Her frequency is now at 1,000,000 and is expected to go higher.
In the May issue, I shared how the Federation had spir-tually
strengthened her in an effort to help end the w-r in Iraq. In
doing so, they removed all of her negative programming (i.e.,
Ego Program, Comfort Zone Program, etc.) and raised her frequency
to 20,000, giving her the highest frequency of any person in
gove-nment.
In June, they raised her frequency to 100,000, and in July,
to 500,000. The Federation also provided her with significant
spiri-ual protection to ensure she has what she needs to
continue this important cause.
Pelos- has had many lifetimes as a worker of Light and will
be guided by the Federation to help bring the -ars in the
Middle East to an end. The Federation will continue to support
her effort in every way possible.

How To Know If You're Ready For Ascension
Volumes have been written over the years concerning the
ascension of planet Earth and its inhabitants. Most felt that
the Earth was lagging behind, and were unaware that this
ascension included all creation throughout the 780 universes.
What's also not widely known is what criteria is necessary
before a so-l's inca-nation can ascend. While many are familiar
with the requirement to achieve an individual frequency of
1,000 (which many assumed was next to impossible until recently),
they were unaware of two other requirements.
A person's Light ratio has to be at least 80%. When a person
is born, they come in with a ratio of 70%, but a life of
generating Light energy through thoughts, words and deeds can
raise it to the necessary level.
You can also have their Bad Seed removed, which includes
removal of any dark aspects to their being. This will raise a
person's Light ratio to 100%.
The third requirement is that a person must be committed
to the Light, and must be so at the time of de-th or ascension.
Every person enters life either intending to be part of the
Light, part of the Dark, or simply neutral. But no one can
ascend to a higher level unless they're loyal to Prime
Source and the family of Light.

What's New With Circle of Lights

Topic - Chakra Expansion/Frequency Acceleration
Dear Bryan and Katherine, you brought tears to my eyes
reading this (activation report). Thank You! Reporting on
my experience: I went and laid down a couple of minutes
after the appointed hour. I could feel someone holding my
hands and a strong energy moving through my body. At 60
minutes, I heard get up and take a bath. I did so, then I
knew when to get out of the tub and it was 30 minutes later.
Later that night, after midnight, I was awakened with a
very very loud "POP" sound; it jolted me. I looked up at
the ceiling and saw stars, galaxies and a small light craft
moving back and forth. I turned on the light and the
ceiling was there, turned it off and the stars were back.
I have been ill and was so tired I went back to sleep. I
am looking forward to seeing what else is in store now.

Topic - Nether Worlds
Hi Bryan, I also wish to report my month of July trips to
the Nether Worlds. I am so very pleased with the continuing
tremendous recovery rate of the beings from there.
Your report saying they will start rein-arnating in September
is interesting. My niece is expecting in January and I "finger
tested" that she will be bringing through one of these so-ls.
So, this will be interesting to watch. G-d's blessings on you

Dear Bryan, I'm writing and requesting your pr-yers again,
because I have been living with pain for the last six years
and it has steadily gotten worse. Through your healing work
and my working with a group of people on a conference call
where we send light around the planet resulted in the most
pain free time of my life. I would like to thank you and
request your pra-ers again because the pain is back.
You have the most powerful healing energy and praye-s that
I have ever experienced.
There were times when I would feel sad and feel the most
beautiful energy surround me, then it would lift my s-irits

Dear Bryan James, thanks for your pray-rs. By the grace of
-od and due to your pr-yers uncle Upendra is feeling better.
Today his angiography was done and he has 32% blockage in one
artery. The doctor says that he does not have to go for bypass
surgery as medicines can take care of this. I thank G-D and
