Not unless you as(s)k for it. Parking for Andrews is WAAAAY offsite now, with shuttle buses to and fro (the smarter thing to do is take Metro in). You go through a bag check and metal detector before you even get on the shuttle bus, and you can't take in your own food/water/ etc., but in a sense it's no different than going on a commercial flight. And once you're there, it's no hassle at all, and typically a great show. Heck, at the 2001 show, they had a B-2 on static display.
