You can tell how easily people are programmed by watching how even
conspiracy theorists’ discuss politics as if they really had any say
in what goes on. To believe that anything anyone can do makes a
difference in who is elected to a presidency or high position is to
not understand the basic philosophy of Hegelian Theory that runs the
New World Order’s agenda. Always give the slaves two choices so that
they can bicker about the pros and cons meanwhile the real third, and
central agenda is carried out quietly away from the eyes of the
populace.
Every four years we hear the same lies and same promises from
politicians that we’ve been hearing since the Annunaki first left
behind kingship to rule over us. Propaganda can only play on
individuals more or less intensely involved in social currents. They
are the ones most easily programmed. This can be whether they are for
or against the ruling paradigm..
The more an individual participates in the society in which he or she
lives, the more they will cling to stereotyped symbols expressing
collective notions about the past and the future. The educated person
does not believe in propaganda; they shrug and are convinced that
propaganda has no effect on them—a high intelligence, a broad culture,
a constant exercise of the critical faculties, and full and objective
information, are still the best weapons against propaganda. They are
also the first targets of those whose purpose is to control.
The influenza pandemic of 1918 was strangely and very unmedically most
deadly for people ages 20 to 40. The predominant paradigm of the New
World Order has always been to carry on meaningless wars that would
drag the youth of nations into death, dismemberment or certainly a
state of brainwashed ‘patriotism’ that would for all intents and
purposes emasculate them as any viable force for change. In difficult
times such as these the military often seemingly to offer poorly
educated people the only means of having a career - either that or
WalMart or McDonalds. Is it any wonder that those that are not
involved with the military instead turn to drugs to escape what seems
to be a meaningless life without a future? Growing up in the 1960s we
saw the last feeble attempts at protest against the New World Order’s
agenda before such protest organizations were themselves absorbed into
the hydra-headed body of the Beast. Today’s signs of protests are
nothing more than bumper-sticker radicalism.
Nothing shows mankind’s lack of any effort to protest their
enslavement than the chemtrails that are continuously and eternally
sprayed above our very heads almost any day of the week, in no matter
what part of the world we reside, and have been going on at least
since the 1980s and with evidence suggesting at least to some limited
extent from the 1960s and 70s.

If people get the government they deserve then from what we have put
up with from our governments without protest then we almost deserve
the pandemic that’s almost here.
In a history of US secret human experimentation we find only a partial
list of what our government has been doing to its citizens since the
late 1940s, many of them direct products or testing of the research
being done in underground research & development facilities jointly
operated by an alien/New World Order and government alliance:
• 1946 Patients in VA hospitals are used as guinea pigs for medical
experiments. In order to allay suspicions, the order is given to
change the word "experiments" to "investigations" or "observations"
whenever reporting a medical study performed in one of the nation's
veteran's hospitals.
• 1947 Colonel E.E. Kirkpatrick of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission
issues a secret document (Document 07075001, January 8, 1947) stating
that the agency will begin administering intravenous doses of
radioactive substances to human subjects.
• 1947 The CIA begins its study of LSD as a potential weapon for use
by American intelligence. Human subjects (both civilian and military)
are used with and without their knowledge.
• 1950 Department of Defense begins plans to detonate nuclear weapons
in desert areas and monitor downwind residents for medical problems
and mortality rates.
• 1950 In an experiment to determine how susceptible an American city
would be to biological attack, the U.S. Navy sprays a cloud of
bacteria from ships, over San Francisco. Monitoring devices are
situated throughout the city in order to test the extent of infection.
Many residents
become ill with pneumonia-like symptoms.
• 1951 Department of Defense begins open air tests using disease-
producing bacteria and viruses. Tests last through 1969 and there is
concern that people in the surrounding areas have been exposed.
• 1953 U.S. military releases clouds of zinc cadmium sulfide gas over
Winnipeg, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Fort Wayne, the Monocacy River
Valley in Maryland, and Leesburg, Virginia. Their intent is to
determine how efficiently they could disperse chemical agents (as a
precursor to chemtrails).
• 1953 Joint Army-Navy-CIA experiments are conducted in which tens of
thousands of people in New York and San Francisco are exposed to the
airborne germs Serratia marcescens and Bacillus glogigii.
• 1953 CIA initiates Project MK-ULTRA. This is an eleven year research
program designed to produce and test drugs and biological agents that
would be used for mind control and behavior modification. Six of the
sub-projects involved testing the agents on unwitting humans.
• 1955 The CIA, in an experiment to test its ability to infect human
populations with biological agents, releases a bacteria withdrawn from
the Army's biological warfare arsenal, over Tampa Bay, Fl.
• 1955 Army Chemical Corps continues LSD research, studying its
potential use as a chemical incapacitating agent. More than 1,000
Americans participate in the tests, which continue until 1958.
• 1956 U.S. military releases mosquitoes infected with Yellow Fever
over Savannah, GA and Avon Park, Fl. Following each test, Army agents
posing as public health officials tested victims for effects.
• 1958 LSD is tested on 95 volunteers at the Army's Chemical Warfare
Laboratories for its effect on intelligence.
• 1960 The Army Assistant Chief-of-Staff for Intelligence (ACSI)
authorizes field testing of LSD in Europe and the Far East. Testing of
the European population is code named Project THIRD CHANCE; testing of
the Asian population is code named Project DERBY HAT.
• 1965 Project CIA and Department of Defense begin Project MK-SEARCH,
a program to develop a capability to manipulate human behavior through
the use of mind-altering drugs.
• 1965 Prisoners at the Holmesburg State Prison in Philadelphia are
subjected to dioxin, the highly toxic chemical component of Agent
Orange used in Viet Nam. The men are later studied for development of
cancer, which indicates that Agent Orange had been a suspected
carcinogen all along.
• 1966 CIA initiates Project MK-OFTEN, a program to test the
toxicological effects of certain drugs on humans and animals.
• 1966 U.S. Army dispenses Bacillus subtilis variant niger throughout
the New York City subway system. More than a million civilians are
exposed when army scientists drop light bulbs filled with the bacteria
onto ventilation grates.
• 1967 CIA and Department of Defense implement Project MK-NAOMI,
successor to MK-ULTRA and designed to maintain, stockpile and test
biological and chemical weapons.
• 1968 CIA experiments with the possibility of poisoning drinking
water by injecting chemicals into the water supply of the FDA in
Washington, D.C.
• 1969 Dr. Robert MacMahan of the Department of Defense requests from
congress $10 million to develop, within 5 to 10 years, a synthetic
biological agent to which no natural immunity exists.
• 1970 Funding for the synthetic biological agent is obtained under
H.R. 15090. The project, under the supervision of the CIA, is carried
out by the Special Operations Division at Fort Detrick, the army's top
secret biological weapons facility. Speculation is raised that
molecular biology techniques are used to produce AIDS-like
retroviruses.
• 1970 United States intensifies its development of "ethnic
weapons" (Military Review, Nov., 1970), designed to selectively target
and eliminate specific ethnic groups who are susceptible due to
genetic differences and variations in DNA.
• 1975 The virus section of Fort Detrick's Center for Biological
Warfare Research is renamed the Fredrick Cancer Research Facilities
and placed under the supervision of the National Cancer Institute
(NCI) . It is here that a special virus cancer program is initiated by
the U.S. Navy, purportedly to develop cancer-causing viruses. It is
also here that retrovirologists isolate a
virus to which no known immunity exists. It is later named HTLV (Human
T-cell Leukemia Virus).
• 1977 Senate hearings on Health and Scientific Research confirm that
239 populated areas had been contaminated with biological agents
between 1949 and 1969. Some of the areas included San Francisco,
Washington, D.C., Key West, Panama City, Minneapolis, and St. Louis.
• 1978 Experimental Hepatitis B vaccine trials, conducted by the CDC,
begin in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Ads for research
subjects specifically ask for promiscuous homosexual men.
• 1981 First cases of AIDS are confirmed in homosexual men in New
York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, triggering speculation that AIDS
may have been introduced via the Hepatitis B vaccine.
• 1985 According to the journal Science (227:173-177), HTLV and VISNA,
a fatal sheep virus, are very similar, indicating a close taxonomic
and evolutionary relationship.
• 1986 According to the Proceedings of the National Academy of
Sciences (83:4007-4011), HIV and VISNA are highly similar and share
all structural elements, except for a small segment which is nearly
identical to HTLV. This leads to speculation that HTLV and VISNA may
have been linked to produce a new retrovirus to which no natural
immunity exists.
• 1986 A report to Congress reveals that the U.S. Government's current
generation of biological agents includes: modified viruses, naturally
occurring toxins, and agents that are altered through genetic
engineering to change immunological character and prevent treatment by
all
existing vaccines.
• 1987 Department of Defense admits that, despite a treaty banning
research and development of biological agents, it continues to operate
research facilities at 127 facilities and universities around the
nation.
• 1990 More than 1500 six-month old black and Hispanic babies in Los
Angeles are given an "experimental" measles vaccine that had never
been licensed for use in the United States. CDC later admits that
parents were never informed that the vaccine being injected to their
children was experimental.(Think of Bill Gates' seemingly
philanthropic vaccination program of children in third world
countries)
• 1994 With a technique called "gene tracking," Dr. Garth Nicolson at
the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX discovers that many
returning Desert Storm veterans are infected with an altered strain of
Mycoplasma incognitus, a microbe commonly used in the production of
biological weapons. Incorporated into its molecular structure is 40
percent of the HIV protein coat, indicating that it had been man-made.
• 1994 Senator John D. Rockefeller issues a report revealing that for
at least 50 years the Department of Defense has used hundreds of
thousands of military personnel in human experiments and for
intentional exposure to dangerous substances. Materials included
mustard and nerve gas, ionizing radiation, psychochemicals,
hallucinogens, and drugs used during the
Gulf War .
• 1995 U.S. Government admits that it had offered Japanese war
criminals and scientists who had performed human medical experiments
salaries and immunity from prosecution in exchange for data on
biological warfare research.
• 1995 Dr. Garth Nicolson, uncovers evidence that the biological
agents used during the Gulf War had been manufactured in Houston, TX
and Boca Raton, Fl and tested on prisoners in the Texas Department of
Corrections.
• 1996 Department of Defense admits that Desert Storm soldiers were
exposed to chemical agents.
• 1997 Eighty-eight members of Congress sign a letter demanding an
investigation into bioweapons use & Gulf War Syndrome.

Even though no major media has touched upon the subject of chemtrails
and daily TV weather persons dismiss them on a regular basis as ‘high
clouds’, the PBS program Nova did a show a number of years ago on just
how the United States developed the spraying technology for just such
a phenomena. Nothing proves the point of the New World Order’s
arrogance at daily treating us as cannon fodder, experimental rats, or
simply as batteries than do chemtrails.
The article linked to in the previous part describes and explains how
the chemtrails have been developed to stop the changing of our DNA
prior to the events leading up to 2012. Noticeable side effects of the
chemtrails have been the growing impotence of the male population (and
the subsequent rise of Viagra-like chemical aids to what should be
natural life functions). Sterilization also appearing in females, the
growth of blood and bronchial diseases and cancers of all sorts
formerly unheard of in any but small amounts have also been noticeable
side effects of the so-far non-lethal but certainly sickness-creating
concoctions being sprayed.
Watching who is most affected by the chemtrails one notices how few
‘business leaders’ and politicians are seemingly left unaffected,
those who would most fit into the category of ‘reptilian’ as proposed
by David Icke and my own Star-Wars Bar writings. Many have suggested
that the original HIV virus was created using ‘reptilian DNA’ to make
it supposedly incurable to humans. The list of human experimentation
in part 3 details this country’s quest for biological agents to which
there is no ‘known’ cure. Meanwhile the efficacy of one person
coughing from the chemtrails in a crowded place and spreading the
contagion rapidly so that within minutes half the people in the crowd
are affected is obvious to anyone going to the movies these days. This
effect was very well illustrated in the Dustin Hoffman movie,
Outbreak.
Any day of the week, however, the varying formula of this chemical
potion could be and will be changed to include ‘viral’ products stored
in various army depots around the country from which the chemtrails
planes take off. Mila’s GREAT CENTRAL SUN TRANSMISSIONS through Karen
Danrich remind us of this point and my own Guidance confirmed it for
me in early writings.
“What if you discover that your governance is adding viruses to the
water to make the masses ill and keep them subservient? What if you
discover that your governance is utilizing vibration to hold the
evolution of the masses down? What if you discover that your
governance had information that could heal most diseases, but refuses
to share it out due to the desire to control the populace? What if you
knew that your governance held blueprints for technological
development that is magnetic and in resonance with Earth, but shelved
it for their own greed? Think this is not so? Look again. Lift the
veils beloved, and look. This is so, and soon those whom know it to be
so shall speak their truth and there shall be a mass correction

Tom Brown’s visionary Native American Grandfather describes a future
he sees in the following words, sounding very much like the aftermath
of just such a viral outbreak:
“As Grandfather entered the village, the horror of living starvation
struck him deeper. Children could barely walk, elders lay dying, and
everywhere were the cries of pain and fear. The stench of death and
the sense of hopelessness overwhelmed Grandfather, threatening to
drive him from the village. It was then that an elder appeared to
Grandfather, at first speaking in a language that he could not
understand. Grandfather realized as the elder spoke that he was a
spirit of a man, a man no longer of the flesh but a man that had
walked a spiritual path, possibly a shaman of his tribe. It was then
that he understood what the old one was trying to tell him.
"The elder spoke softly saying, 'Welcome to what will be called the
land of starvation. The world will one day look upon all of this with
horror and will blame the famine on the weather and the Earth. This
will be the first warning to the world that man cannot live beyond the
laws of Creator, nor can he fight Nature. If the world sees that it is
to blame for this famine, then a great lesson will be learned. But I
am afraid that the world will not blame itself, but that the blame
will be placed on Nature. The world will not see that it created this
place of death by forcing these people to have larger families. When
the natural laws of the land were broken, the people starved, as
Nature starves the deer in winter when their numbers are too many for
the land to bear.' . . .
. . . "He turned one last time to Grandfather and said, 'This will be
the first sign. There will come starvation before and after this
starvation, but none will capture the attention of the world with such
impact as does this one. The Children of the Earth will know the
lessons that are held in all this pain and death, but the world will
only see it as drought and famine, blaming Nature instead of itself.'
With that the old one disappeared, and Grandfather found himself back
at the mouth of the Eternal Cave.”
Whitley Streiber has similar visions of just such a decapitated

As William Bramley's work suggests, viruses and other contagious
diseases have been used by the New World Order throughout history in
order keep the population culled of `undesirable potential opponents'
of certain races and age groups, to manipulate history, and also to
instill fear and genetic weaknesses into the Earth's population.
One of the missions my Guidance has had me working on over the past
few years is helping to free up the grid system of ley lines around
the planet from New World Order controlled structures that follow the
guidelines of Atlantean temple technology. There are many articles on
all this available free at my website and in my yahoogroup. With much
of that work done I have been enjoying a brief time of healing and
rebuilding over the past few months, all the while keeping in contact
with the ongoing ascension progress of the planet and the rise of
certain predicted Earth changes as a part of the difficult birthing
process.
A little over a month ago Guidance directed my attention to a place on
the U.S. map as a `glitch' in the potential success of the ascension
process. That place turned out to be Frederick, Maryland. Unaware of
its significance I went to Google and found to no surprise that
Frederick, MD, is the home of the U.S. Army's Fort Detrick, the
largest employer in the county, and also home to BP Solar, maker of
photovoltaic sells for turning Light into electricity.
Fort Detrick, as the A&E presentation of Michael Crichton's The
Andromeda Strain led me to understand, is a U.S. Army Medical Command
installation. Its 1,200 acres support a multi-governmental community
that conducts biomedical research and development, medical material
management, global medical communications and the study of foreign
plant pathogens. It is home to the U.S. Army Medical Research and
Materiel Command (USAMRMC), and its U.S. Army Medical Research
Institute of Infectious Diseases. It is a military research institute
for medicine used for research of infectious disease that may have so-
called defensive applications against biological warfare and that it
is said would protect the citizens of the United States. It will be
home to the planned National Interagency Biodefense Campus.
As stated earlier, in 1975 the virus section of Fort Detrick's Center

Diseases (USAMRIID) is the only United States Department of Defense
laboratory equipped to study highly hazardous viruses at Biosafety
Level 4.
Many people I know in contact with their own spiritual Guidance were
led to `stay at home' and watch this new version of The Andromeda
Strain, a story about a rampant military-created or acquired virus
(depending on which version you watch or read) an idea reiterated by
the freakish beginnings of Stephen King's classic work, The Stand, and
also such other prophetic works as The Twelve Monkeys and 28 Days
Later etc. etc. It seems to be a common theme, yes in movies, but
which came first the chicken or the egg? One of the first articles
Guidance had me write was on how Spirit uses movies to reach out to
the general consciousness.
The darkside, however, reaches out to the general cosnciousness in
far, far different ways. For instance, similar to what was portrayed
in the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey, there was in ancient Atlantis a
huge crystal obelisk erected that was used to collect and beam out
orgone energy impulses that kept everything and everyone subdued. The
population was not unhappy, it was just that nobody wanted to rebel.
It was like the beamed energies just said, "Don't worry, be happy,"
and this program was accepted by the population unconsciously, much
like the effects of television today, and no one rebelled. There was
total control over the population. What must be understood is that,
again, much like today with the rise of Atlantis both in consciousness
and physically as Edgar Cayce once suggested, it was less then ten per
cent of the population that had all the power. As the scientists and
technologists began to take control of Atlantis, they became more and
more intoxicated with their own power of creativity. The literally
`fed' on the orgone energies collected from the people.
The secret to their power then, as now, was temple technology -a
central crystal surrounded by concentric circles of influence. At
first this power was used judiciously, but then as the culture
deteriorated, negative controlling influences were circulated instead
of the natural pulse of the Universe - orgone energy that helped to
keep the land balanced, harmonious and productive.
This lies at the heart of the grid work Guidance has had me and others
doing to return power over the Earth's grid back to its natural
owners, the people and the Spiritual forces that are here to guide
Mankind. As the power to control Mankind through the grid has
gradually slipped through their fingers, the darkside New World Order
controllers of the planet have become more desperate in using counter
measures and in planning what might become an eventuality of killing
off more than half the population in order to maintain control
The viruses have been created or `enhanced', the methods of
dissemination have been tested and found effective, now all it takes
is for the final go-ahead to be given and once again Mankind will find
itself bombarded by deadly diseases to which their seemingly is no
known cure.
Have you noticed that every mention of some `dis-ease' on television
uses those very same words – `no known cure?' It's as if with all
this so-called sophisticated technology and science Mankind now knows
less than we did a century ago when `natural cures' were capable of
keeping a wise man healthy, and still are today. It all sounds
reasonable suspicious and even more so when one begins to do the
research and finds out for instance that the chemical and
pharmaceutical industries lie at the very core of the New World Order
control center. Even just today Yahoo's feature story relates to a
"Superbug" and how it is `unstoppable'.

With the proven track record of both our various national governments
and of the New World Order itself, is it any wonder that things are
only growing worse instead of better? Are you prepared for the
eventuality that Guidance suggests WILL occur in the not too distant
future as the New World Order's grasp on stopping the ascension of the
planet grows increasing weakened by the increasingly stronger
spiritual power of those who are here to fight off just such an
eventuality?
It doesn't take a blind man (only a man in denial) to see the
stranglehold control measures increasingly tightening on humanity as
they begin to lose their grip. History shows us this is the norm for
tyrants, that they increasingly begin to turn to far, far more extreme
measures to keep control over their population, in this case their
slaves and this their slave planet?
It's a war, a war for the freedom of mankind, for the freedom of the
planet, and for the freedom of Soul to go about its learning process
without such darkness forever keeping it down. In the darkside's
vision of war, NOTHING is inhumane or to be counted out in the
ultimate quest for complete control of everything inside Creation,
including another disease pandemic.
Remembering Mr. Smith's words in the first Matrix movie to a tied-up
Morpheus about his vision of man kind as vermin is evidenced every day
in the non-chaotic vision of a real world where humankind are just
created and bred as slaves and as batteries, created and bred to serve
their Masters. The military and its New World Order controllers'
treatment of its own soldiers as evidenced daily in the news is
nothing compared to how it treats mankind as a whole, and how it will
treat mankind as it seeks to destroy that which it cannot control.
