For the record, I have never tampered with any road sensor, just noted
them, published their locations, pointed them out to TV crews, etc.


Well, I looked at the first video (the silent version, since I have an
audio problem). Man, that's old! (circa 1994?) I hardly recognize the
guy in the video.  I don't think I've ever seen this video before. (I
didn't see half the shows I was involved in.)

"Tampering" I guess is a matter of definition. I am shown unplugging a
wire, but don't I plug it back in again?

And how would one know it is federal property? It has been left on
public land without any identifying markings (and without BLM
permission).

The whole concept of "I" is also subject to debate. Is that really me
in the video, or an earlier occupant of my body? (14 years can change
an occupant.)
