Well, things didn't go so well for Chuck Clarke. ;-) However, I think
Chuck didn't have the money to fight the feds.
They accused Chuck of stealing a sensor. Now if that were true, it
would be a crime. However, I really don't think Chuck would steal a
sensor. It is not in his character.
There is also the notion of "attractive nuisance." The sensors are out
there with no protection. They attract people to fiddle with them.
