That is very, very common for LEA's everywhere.
There's tons more people that have warrants than
you might expect. Hot checks is usually the biggest
category of outstanding warrants. One of the primary
jobs of the sheriff in any county in the US is to
serve warrants. People that have arrest warrants
drive. I guarantee more big arrests in anywhere
USA are begun by a simple traffic stop, or a
