I stopped by KVCV to see what happening there. Apparently, not
much. ;-) It was the Sunday of the shuttle landing, so the lack of
activity isn't all that unexpected.

The airport looks more inspirational than operational. Many shells of
buildings with "for rent" signs.

There is some ANG facility at KVCV that will or is already flying
UAVs.
