Actually in more recent times, Norio's become fairly reasonable and
has moved away from a lot of fringe stuff he earlier embraced. In the
ancient days he did a lot with Gary Shultz, and they put on perhaps
the first Rachel UFO conference. Gary was much more out there than
Norio, but Norio was still offering up a lot of nutty, wild theories.
He seems to have reconsidered them over time. And he is a very nice
guy. Quite the character.
