He might very well be a "great guy". He only
does drive by posts here. He doesn't discuss
anything. So I have no reference from which
to judge his "great guyness" from.
What are his "great ideas"?

I've noticed the drive-by nature of his posts. Sometimes they are like
press releases. However, if you met Norio, he is very personable.
Sometimes he hauls his music equipment out to the range. Really a hell
of a lot of fun at times. I haven't been around the Little A'Le'Inn
for his kareoke, but I hear it's legendary.
I think the first area 51 panorama I ever saw was from Norio.
As for his current activities, I have zero interest in Dulce. After
all these years, nobody has presented a shred of proof anything is
going on there.
Google Earth has created a class of armchair hidden site researchers.
To some degree this is good, provided they spot anything. Most google
earth sightings are just crap. I've looked at crash sites I've visited
on google earth, and other than perhaps seeing a trail to the site,
google earth is a poor tool.
A bit off topic, but I think the crash that George Knapp investigated
in Needles is spook in nature. Given the description, it sounds like a
failed kinetic weapons project. The "rods from God" was supposedly
canceled, but the DoD has this habit of canceling one thing and just
replacing it with the same project under another name.
