The jpeg2000 panorama was downloaded, then the Dycoms area cropped out
and saved as jpeg. That would be quite a mistake. ;-)
They know exactly what goes on at that part of the base since they
built it. That is what I meant by Howland walking a fine line as a
military contractor.
