Someone found the link and email me. This jerk goes up the road before
the warning signs, and hangs a left. The first part of the trip is
legal, but then he returns down a road that is over the border. This
is the same road where the school teacher from Vegas drove up and got
busted.

This border challenge is really not useful. You learn nothing, but
piss off the dudes. I still claim if you just hang out at the border,
the dudes like you. It justifies their job after all.

I managed once to do a bit of cat and mouse around the Bald Mountain
trails near the border, popping up out of nowhere behind a dude truck.
So I got to chase the dude, and you could see him smiling in his rear
view mirror.
