38.288671° -116.429734° is a hill behind the Warm Springs repeater
site. The fact that it can be seen from Tikaboo isn't really all that
important unless you want to do hill-topping. What is interesting is
the spot has roads going to the peak. It might be another observation
spot that probably has less RF interference.
