That looks a little funny to me. It would appear by that account there
are 25 time zones. Most maps I have seen (ARRL) show 0 to 11 for 12
time zones and -1 to -12 for 12 times zones. I would think +12 and -12
would be the same time zone if UTC, GMT, or Z is a time zone with a
value of 0, which it normally is. What am I missing? Is there reason
for two designations for the same time zone?
And there 26 letters in the English alphabet not 24, and only one is not
shown - J, which in theory I guess is supposed to be local time.
