Divx or Xvid are commonly used for TV file sharing - on windows I use a
codec pack, on Linux it is a bit harder, depends on the distro. Ubuntu
is easy.

I have learned from this experience, but if you must watch the episode
here is a link somebody made for me.  And no the company didn't even
give me a copy of the video.  They used me like a whore and left me
looking like an idiot.  It was fun though and Peter was really nice.

Windows 7 will have Divx built in.
