As seen in Google Earth:

Just to the east of the lake, at 37.2763 N, 115.7550 W, there's a
circular patch containing several craters a few meters in diameter.
Farther east, at 37.2700 N, 115.7043 W and 37.2605 N, 115.6934 W,
there are two similar patches without obvious craters but with
structures that might be target panels.

Any idea what programs these might be associated with?
