Out of curiosity, does anyone know -
When Norio and the others had the "near miss" with
the Alamo contractor driving into the range on GLR, the
story goes that the BLM ranger was there and witnessed
the event, or maybe was nearly hit himself.
Did the Federal officer pursue the offender over the
border? Does the "hot pursuit" doctrine apply in this
case (a likely misdemeanor federal offense).
